I am glad that I will have this opportunity to really speak about my experience with Grand Buick GMC Kia. Let me first start off by saying that you would not have had me as a customer ever, now nor in the future if it wasn't for one of your exquisite sales person by the name of Damarcus Rhodes. I will tell you the first half of the story later, but for now I want t give praise, where praise is due…Damarcus Rhodes is a prime example of what a sales associate represents. Damarcus Rhodes was alert, professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles options that he presented to me. How likely am I to refer someone to Grand Buick GMC Kia, from a score from 1 to 10, he would score a 100. I remember telling Damarcus Rhodes, that with or without Grand Buick GMC Kia, I was getting a car that weekend. His response was … “Of course you’re not going to get a car this weekend; you’re going to get a car tonight.” I liked that response and although reluctant to re-enter Grand Buick GMC Kia’s doors after just moments before being rudely dismissed by another one of your salesman, I gave him an opportunity to earn my business. By no means am I wealthy, nor publically prominent in the community, but do believe I matter; And because Damarcus Rhodes’ professionalism, commitment and Courteousness, I purchased a vehicle from Grand Buick GMC Kia…let me rephrase that, I purchased a car from Damarcus Rhodes, who Grand Buick GMC Kia had the smarts to employ. There I said it! Originally I had set an appointment with another salesman weeks in advance from; we spoke twice, once to set up the appointment the other to confirm. Upon my arrival this salesman, which in my opinion the worst salesman ever on this planet, showed me briefly a few cars within the same vicinity of each other, dismissed me simply and didn't give me a second glance. I was really discouraged by having wasted 30 minutes of my valuable time with the most unprofessional and awful salesman I have ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with. He gave me the impression of laziness and care-less attitude. I will say this salesman’s name only once in this letter (XXXXX XXXXXX) and this is only to point out the comparison of the two… great and small, tipping the scale towards Damarcus Rhodes as 100% GREAT; I wish I had the opportunity to have been in contact with Damarcus Rhodes from the beginning of my car buying experience, however, grateful to have met him just the same. Thank you Grand Buick GMC Kia to have had someone with a willingness to help me at the precise moment I needed, a good eye, an awesome attitude and professional spirit. I thank you Damarcus Rhodes and Grand Buick GMC Kia.

Why buy at Grand Kia? In today’s economy you are hit with how good a dealer is by every marketing technique. Why did I buy at Grand? I have bought 3 Kia’s from Grand but my first one brought me back. I bought another model from a different dealer in town, and the car had a fuel leak in the engine. “Click and Clack the Car Guys” told me to get rid of the car ASAP. I took the car to Grand and wanted a new Sorento - very little to put down a trade-in that leaked gas – the Salesman said yes! That sold me – on what a dealer should be about. No pressure, friendly and willing to work with you. My Sportage which I just bought; I needed due to family matter where I needed just one car and an SUV gave me the room I needed. I emailed to Samer (in Internet sales) explained what I had, and what I needed. Samer meet me and was professional, friendly, and very helpful He listened to what I wanted; what I had to trade and then showed me a selection of cars which meet my needs. When I went to discuss the price with Samer no problems. Samer said that since I was a loyal customer to Grand Kia here is what the price would be; Kia would even fiancé me at a GREAT interest rate. The payments were within what I had planned for. All in all a very pleasant experience; and I hope you get Tree to explain the features on your new Kia she is very helpful. (Ask about her radio experiences in Denver)

Tree was great to work with, took her time and made sure we found everything we were looking for. We never felt pressured and after buying our new KIA left without any buyer remorse. Thanks for a great job we are very satisfied and will definitly go back for our next car purchase.

Very helpful. We were able to negotiate a reasonable price in a reasonable amount of time. I had a much better experience at this dealership. I went to another Kia dealership several months ago and the salesperson was not a very plesant person. I almost did not return to Kia even though I did like the way the vehicle looked and wanted to test drive it.

contrary to other dealers along 104th ave, the sales staff at KIA was VERY well dressed (I noticed this immediately upon arrival). no one wearing polo shirts or cheap suite (typically auto sales fare...). I appreciated the touch of professionalism and reflects attention to detail of sales mgmt. Staff was very professional and low pressure -- nice that KIA now has products that really "speak for themselves" (eg. 2011 Sorento is impressive). would recommend a visit if interested in KIA ... -GA

For the service area. 5 stars. They were actually waiting for me, and identified me by the car I drove so they knew what I was there for. Service was done in the time quoted, and they set my maintenance reminder in the way I had requested. Impressive. While in for service I stopped in sales to ask a few questions. I only spent a few minutes with the salesperson, but he didn't actually answer my questions. More of a yes man. Generally unhelpful, but I was only in the very early stages of looking for a new car, so not a huge deal. If that were to continue when I was more serious I might go elsewhere.

I didn’t feel pressured - they were easy to work with. Nathan is a keeper - a truly nice guy! As with most folks I bet, I wish I could have gotten the car cheaper - and oh yeah, that the key fab worked… They said they’d put a new battery in it - which they did - but it’s no good… it needs to be replaced… to the tune of $300. I wish they were paying for that, not me….

Brought my car in (newly purchased by me, though not new itself) to have recalls serviced. Everything was great, had my car back the same day. The one thing that is bothering me is my check engine light came on again- with the same codes it had when i took it in. Im wondering if maybe they replaced a faulty part with another faulty part? (One of the parts that was replaced was why my check engine light was on) and its showing the exact same codes, the exact same way. Hopefully I'll be able to get ahold of yall and get to the bottom of this.

The dealership is very pushy and high pressure. The salesperson was fantastic though. He said he understood that we were not buying that day. The other thing that bothered us was that they charge $500 as a delivery charge. What BS. I was in the automotive business for 27 years. I have never seen this practice other than in the Denver area. It may be a Colorado thing , not sure. I would not buy a car "anywhere" that charges a delivery charge.
