Started off to be a really bad experience there was some confusion at first because of the car still showing up as my grandfather's but the the title is in my mother's name...charlie madnikoff got it all straightened out and we will definitely continue doing business here thanks to charlie.

Absolutely DO NOT recommend this dealership service center. After being a customer around 6 years. We’ve had our share of problems. The latest one being the last cut. To top it off, upon retrieving our Kia, we were denied paperwork when asking for a trail signed off. We were told they didn’t have it, any papers were shredded and the file was deleted off of the system. WHILE WE WERE STILL ON THE LOT. Apparently they didn’t know that is illegal. Legal action will be taken real soon.
