I am not one to run to the doctors all the time but I do find that your doctors are wonderful have helped me immensely in my injuries very pleasant to talk to converse with you for a few minutes and answer any questions you have all your facilities are beautiful and hopefully I don’t have to come back but if I have anything happen, I’m sure I’ll have you guys take care of me

It made my day! And the person aT the front desk was kind and fun. She seemed to enjoy her job! It was refreshing.

I was having issues with my finger & decided to make an appt I’ve been to GIKK Ortho but never MD West One (as they changed names). The receptionist scheduled me with one of the drs, I told her just to pick any Dr. Well let me tell ya, she picked the BEST Dr! His bedside manner & humor were over the top! Just what I needed! Dr. McCarthy is truly an amazing Dr & human being. I will definitely be coming back for more care with him. I’ve already seen Dr. Inda (foot Dr) & Dr Phillips (knee Dr) in the past when they were GIKK Ortho & them 2 are also phenomenal Drs I feel I am listened to & cared for in a way that I need. Thank you MD West One Drs! You truly are the best!!.

Easy to check in. I was called back before my scheduled appointment. Dr. Izadi examined my hand and told me exactly what was going on. Dr. Izadi was very friendly and explained everything.
