They got me in quicker than expected which was awesome. I really like Dr. O'Malley. He took care of my knee and leg quickly and gently. My only complaint was the wait time on getting my prescriptions called in. We live 2 hours away which made the wait extra long. In fairness, I probably put him behind schedule because of all my issues. This was our first time to this office and I like it a lot. Personable and helpful staff.

This was my first visit to MD West One. I was treated by Fawn, the PA. She did an excellent job of assessing my aching right thumb and agreed that a cortisone shot would be helpful. Dr. Izadi stopped by to say hello and concurred that I could have cortisone shots as long as they are helpful at controlling the pain at which point I might have to consider surgery.

MD West is an excellent well run and extremely organized facility. My initial wait time seeing 3 health care professionals was no more than a couple of minutes each time. My follow up visit after a successful surgery was exactly the same as I experienced no wait time. Each person was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this facility and Dr Izadi.

I barely got comfortable in the waiting room when I was called to go back to see the doctor. The PA took care of me, answered all my questions, injected my thumb. We just finished and the doctor came in, introduced himself and asked if I had any questions. I’m very impressed with the service and care.
