The facility, brand new, beautiful, is poorly designed, poorly staffed, poorly managed. The doctors are magnificent. The procedure to get into the doctors is outrageously painful and infuriating. When we’re in the patient room, we can hear the patient and doctors in next room! Poor design. I expected more from a 2023 built facility. UPDATE 1-22-2024. A very pleasant experience at the clinic today. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The wait was not excessive. The staff with Dr Schutt were impressive with their attitude and attention to my concerns and my care. I’m glad that the clinic moved out into my neighborhood. I’m finished gushing. I love the doctors and the clinic.

The receptionist, X-ray tech, nurse and doctor were all friendly and very efficient. My total time from entering the building to leaving was 15 minutes. There was no rush - Dr Cheng took time to be sure I had all my questions answered. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a specialist.

Dr. Izadi was very friendly and explained the options well in order for me to choose the right healing plan for my hand. (Fragmented bone at base of thumb) He was gentle with the injection in my hand and explained how things might feel for the first 24 hours as well as what future treatment options will be. I feel comfortable with my plan and would definitely recommend Dr. Izadi to others in need of orthopedic help.
