The building is beautiful and easy to find. Everybody that I met was super friendly. I didn't have to wait long for anything. The seating was comfortable in the lobby.

Great staff, who are friendly, greet you when you arrive and leave, and are very helpful. The assistants and doctors are amazing.
They listen to your concerns and willing to help you find a resolution for better outcomes ahead! Wonderful people to return to!!

Everyone was super friendly and the docs were in depth of truly listening to what I had to say and concerned of my pain. Always had straight forward eye contact and not looking at a computer while I was talking. Also had my 4 year old son along and they treated him very well and interacted with him to help entertain.

I saw Dr Izadi's PA Fawn today and she was awesome. Diagnosed my issues and gave options for treatment. Dr Izadi is lucky to have such an awesome PA!

Was experiencing a high degree of lower back pain. Receptionist got me in asap to the proper personnel for x-rays and consultation. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

There was quite a line for checking in, but for the most part, it moved pretty quickly. I needed to complete several pages of health history, etc, which I was still working on when I was called to the exam room. I had virtually no wait to speak with the nurse, and Dr. Doran came in right after that. We had a quick chat, and he confirmed that my concerns were completely normal, and not out of the ordinary. I felt very reassured after speaking with him. I completed the paperwork in the lobby before leaving the facility. All things considered, it was a good visit.

Dr Scott McMullen is AMAZING! I have seen him and his staff for 8 yrs, I believe.
The first appointment will forever stand out to me. I was in severe pain with gout(at which I didnt know what my pain was from). I looked up Orthopedics up and seen MDWest ONE. I called to make an appointment and described my pain, after asked if I could hold, Deanna came on the phone and asked if I could come in that day. She said Dr McMullen, doesn't want me to wait since I was dealing with such pain. Unbelievable!
How often does that happen, especially not ever being seen by him before. He is such a compassionate Doctor! He listens to your situation and issues.
Dr. Mc Mullen discusses and explains everything to you, so you understand. I feel he is one of the uppermost OUTSTANDING Doctors you will ever come across. I continue seeing him for different issues and with each issue, he is gentle, kind, sympathetic, and shows empathy with the situation. I truly can't say enough great things about him and his staff.
I highly recommend this office and my Doctor, Dr. Scott McMullen, and his team are beyond exceptional!
