The staff was very friendly from checking in to leaving. Doctor Ehlers and his PA really listened to us and gave us great details that we could understand. We left with a great game plan.

Loved the new facility. They got me in very quickly. The PA that I saw was, thorough and was very detailed in telling me what was wrong, was patient and really listened to what symptoms I was experiencing and what treatment would be best!!!

Dr. Kimberly Thurman is an excellent diagnostician and skillfull Orthopedic Surgeon. Her follow thru is exceptional. One on one with her patients. I felt at ease discussing options with her for my Orthopedic needs.

First time visit at MD West One (Fountain Ridge) to see Dr. Darren Keiser. Very smooth and friendly process from check -in, to X-rays, to meeting with Earl (CMA) and with Dr. Keiser. My condition and options for treatment were explained well and all my questions answered. I did my “homework” before selecting Dr. Keiser. I give him and his staff, an A !

I was in a lot of pain and unable to walk. They were all kind, helpful and gentle with the X-rays because I was in so much pain. The doctor explained every thing going on and got the fluid off my knee until I see the surgeon next week.

I can’t say enough positive things about the staff at MD West One! Especially Dr. Darren Keiser, Sean Bigler and their medical assistant Earl! They are phenomenal in both skill and bedside manner. They made what was a really hard experience so much more pleasant. I always felt heard and they answered every single question with so much knowledge and kindness.

There are always plenty of staff to check you in so there's usually no waiting. The waiting area is huge, very bright and clean. Chairs are comfy. Everyone is polite and friendly. The wait in the exam room is minimal.
