Efficient check-in. Spacious, beautiful waiting area. Short wait for x-ray prior to appointment with doctor. Short wait for exam room admittance. Short wait for PA to enter exam room to gather information for doctor. Answered all my questions regarding possible procedure. Doctor very thorough.
Parking lot was clear of snow and ice. Some medical facilities I've been to have not posing a dangerous situation.

Check in was great, smooth efficient & friendly greeting! Nursing assistant was lovely & also efficient! No wait & right into an exam room & Dr Shane Schutt & his assistant came into room nearly immediately. Both introduced themselves, welcoming & kind asking how they could help. Dr Shutt listened to my concerns, asked questions & did a complete orthopedic exam. I had X-rays the same day & left with a complete follow up plan for additional testing & recommended referral & a prescription. Dr Schutt was very empathetic when at one point I became emotional. Very happy with this practice & especially kindness, competency & thoroughness of Dr Schutt.

This was my 2nd post op visit after left total hip. Dr. Pitner has done both my knees and now my left hip, all within a 12month time frame. He has been excellent. Answers all my questions. Never have felt rushed. From check in today to Dr. Pitner’s nurse Caroline to the X-ray tech, ALL very kind, happy demeanors and professional. It has been great to know I was in good hands and cared for every step of the way. Thank you. Lynn Retter.

Had my first appt today with Dr Chang. He was so kind and took the time to explain my X-rays and options. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. He answered all my questions and understood my concerns for long term care of my mobility.
