Great visit!! Less than five minute wait for my appointment, radiology came to get me within two minutes, and I saw the doctor within two minutes. It was a great experience unlike some clinics where there is an inordinate amount of wait time. Staff was professional and knowledgeable!

Beautiful facility with staff just as beautiful! The staff were all pleasant, friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They kept me informed and answered my questions. From my moms new hips, at 93 years of age, to my husband’s shoulder injury to my feet, now my hands, top notch care.

I am very happy with Earl & Sean who talked with me & my wife on my post surgery exam. Earl is great and did an excellent job of taking out my staples. Dr Sean went over quite a lot with us and was helpful. Dr Keiser has some great people to work with. Great job.

Very pleased with how Dr Otterberg and his PA helped me with my knee pain. I received a cortisone shot. My hip pain was not my hip but soft tissue. I was referred to get dry needling to help. I am very hopeful.

The front desk people were friendly and caring. The nurse was very sympathetic of my issues . Dr Tideman was very thorough and spent time going over my x-rays. This was my fist visit. I’m glad I chose this place!

Love receiving all appointment paperwork before hand so arrival is seamless. Receptionist are friendly & efficient making check a breeze. From X-Ray technician to Dr. Jana’s PA Katelin were all a pleasure to meet/work with. Excellent group of people & would highly recommend especially Dr. Jana , one truly excellent surgeon!

MD WEST ONE is such an amazing place with professional staff members. It started with the call for an appointment. Tammy was so personable and accommodating with my need to see Dr Keiser. He did three of my surgeries in the past and it had been a few years since I have seen him, but he was so kind as usual, very professional, and knowledgeable about my problem. I would recommend Dr.
Keiser to anyone with an orthopedic issue.

Have been seeing Dr Keiser for a few years now. Great bedside manner and an amazing knee surgeon. My new knee work perfectly and my surgical scar healed very well. Sean B. is his PA and is very knowledgeable and very gentle. I eventually will need my other knee replaced but currently Sean helps control my pain with injections. Always seen on time and sometimes even early. Their go-to guy Earl makes scheduling easy, he works hard, and very efficient. My patient room is always set up with whatever is needed for my appointment before the call me back. The new office and the entire team is top notched. I am thankful to have been referred to here.
