I'm currently on a 2 week trial, there were a few issues at the start from my end on accessing the video and hyperlinks, however the help, advice and support has been brilliant.

Andy makes sessions challenging and varied. He will listen to what you like don't like. I have lost a little more body fat and feel good. I can highly recommend Andy.

I started training with Andy to help me recover from an ACL reconstruction and found his programmes and advice to be excellent. He helped me understand more about the right blend of exercises vs cardio and the importance of nutrition in training. In the past three months I have done next to no cardio and I am eating more food than ever(just more of the right things!) and drinking as much as I want :D I have loved every single minute of the programme, its kept me on my toes and you record all the weights and reps you do so you can see that you're improving as the weeks go on! For anyone who is tired of going to the gym and pounding the treadmill all the time and not seeing any change I would thoroughly recommend Andy, he is not only a really nice guy but a great personal trainer too! I was recommended Andy by another Pro-Fit training, i came lost deep into a restricted diet, try to train with no consistency and ended up injuring myself. I have a history of poor nutrition which Andy has taken on board and agreed to take on the challenge of training me. At first he stripped back my training, whilst this made me anxious im so glad i listened to him as building back a good foundation has enabled me to progress well beyond my expectations.
