I had our engagement ring and wedding bands made here. The quality of the craftsmanship and artistry is top-notch, and so is the customer service. The prices are also reasonable. I would highly recommend, especially if you want well-made Canadian content.

They do beautiful custom design work with ethically sources materials, and the staff are kind, patient, knowledgeable, and talented. What more could you hope for? My boyfriend (now fiancé) and I scheduled an appointment with Robin, having absolutely no idea what to expect. It was incredibly important that this ring be ethically sourced and created, and it was an incredible bonus that we were able to support a local Toronto business AND of course, end up with a stunning piece!
I could not have imagined a better experience. From start to finish, we had the most amazing (and fun!) time working with the talented and caring family at Fair Trade Jewellery Co. Robin was so patient as I got distracted by all of the sparkly diamonds (ha!), and knew exactly how to guide us to something that would make both of our eyes light up.
Not only would I highly recommend visiting these fantastic people, but also going together to pick a ring! They made it such a memorable experience - plus, getting to learn about their process, try on the 3D print… talk about a unique experience!
Even if you don’t have a clue as to what you are looking for (seriously) or you have teeny tiny hands (like me!) - this is the place you MUST visit. Can’t wait to head back in for our wedding bands… and also, the rest of my jewellery, forever!

I had an excellent experience with the FTJCO. I'm not much of a shopper and I don't live too close to their location, so the online shopping option on their website was perfect. Robin at FTJCO was a great help, and kept me continually updated and happily accommodated my requests. Best of all - my now fiancé loved the ring, it fit perfectly, and really appreciated how it was ethically sourced. We will definitely be coming back her for our wedding bands.

Amazing staff, gorgeous rings that are high quality, made ethically and priced fairly. I love that their main concern was that we had a ring that we felt good about, not over-selling us something that we can't afford. I feel good knowing everyone involved in the making of this ring was treated fairly and to be honest, I can't stop staring at it because it is so beautiful! I can't recommend them enough ☺️
