Amazing customer service at the Brisbane store especially from Sarah and Scott! Purchased a new variety of electric scooter and noticed overnight there seemed to be an issue. Came back the next morning and spoke to Sarah and Scott who looked at it and decided to replace it by assembling another one, after some discussion addressing my concerns, Scott and Sarah put forward the option of instead going for the Segway Ninebot whilst they sort out the other scooter.
Whilst also doing this they also had to deal with some interesting customers but still made sure I wasn’t forgotten about! Walked away with a familiar scooter and again was very pleased with the service from the team at the store especially Sarah and Scott! Thanks Again!
