I have purchased two Kaaboo Mantis Pro's in the last 12 months, in both instances I approached Scooter Hut in Cannington but chose to purchase elsewhere as their service over the phone was poor, e.g. wouldn't allow a test ride prior to spending $3,000 for an electric scooter and showed no flexibility to find a solution when I purchased my first one, and when buying one for my son, wouldn't price match a competitor....$300 difference.
So they lost out on approx. $6,000 in sales. However I gave them a chance to service my scooter when another local company I had previously used, delivered poor service. I initially enquired if they had parts in stock, which they did and they confirmed they could service and get back to me by Wed if I dropped off on Sat. When I went to the store, I asked if the person servicing the scooter had worked on a Kaaboo Mantis Pro previously, turns out Aaron who served me was the mechanic, had serviced many Kaabo's previously and in fact had one himself and completely re-built his.
Well on Monday afternoon I got a call to say my Scooter was ready to pick up...its perfect...well done, your service for Servicing Kaabo's is excellent...thank you Aaron
