I bought a second hand Z1000sx around 18 months ago, unfortunately, the gearbox developed a fault, it had a lifetime guarantee on the bottom end and gearbox. Youles honoured the guarantee, and Royce and his staff were excellent with the repairs and communication. I would have no hesitation dealing with them in the future. Having recently passed my bike test but coming from a background with zero biking experience or knowledge, and not knowing anyone who does have any experience, I was a little apprehensive about stepping into a dealership to finally buy a bike but I was made to feel welcome and at home from the first minute. I had already made my mind up about the bike I wanted but Jason still took a great deal of time to discuss matters with me and make sure I was comfortable with what I was looking to buy. With my lack of knowledge and experience Youles could have easily just taken my money and sent me on my way but this was quite the opposite of the stereotypical pressure sell. Everything was unbelievably relaxed and straightforward, from the finance application to being encouraged to collect the bike rather than have the bike delivered so Jason could take the time to hand the bike over himself and explain everything to me, go through the bikes history (this being a pre-owned bike but benefiting from Youles’ lifetime warranty) and show me all aspects of the bikes functionality. They even handed over the bike with 3/4 tank of fuel. This feels like a proper old school family business, great coffee and just a cool place to have a look around even if you aren’t in the market for a bike. I cannot recommend Youles highly enough, I don’t think customer service can get better than this and I was buying something fairly run of the mill not spending a fortune. I will be back in future for servicing, anything bike related or if I just happen to be in the area.Thank you for your help.

I recently purchased a used er6n from Youles, and was helped all the way through by Jonny, one of the sales assistants. The entire process was excellent. Communication, customer service, and, the quality of the bike, they made sure it was in before collection. I live around 4 hours away, and Jonny went above and beyond to make sure the bike was ready for the day I collected. He has the patience of a saint, and a great ethos of wanting you to be as happy with the bike as they’d expect to be.
Despite not being just down the road, I would certainly use them again, and happily, highly recommend. Thank you Youles!

I went to view a Honda cb1100 ex, it was in Excellent condition and at a competitive price, the salesman Joe was friendly and polite he pulled the bike for me to sit on and have a good look over. He arranged a test ride for the next weekend. After the test ride we discussed px, Joe offered a fair price for my bike so we did the deal. They are a nice company to deal with and there's free tea and coffee.

I seen a lovely triumph street triple for sale online with these guys, so I made a phone call and asked for a video to be sent over. Jason took my call, and within 30 mins he had sent me over a very detailed video of the bike, pointed out all the little marks so I was aware of the condition of the bike. It was an 11 year old bike and for me, it was in great condition! I appreciated his honest feedback on the bike and its history, and after receiving the video I called back and put a deposit down. It was held for 2 weeks before I could get to the dealership to view it in person. It was then a week later I went to collect it. Jason’s customer service was brilliant, very helpful wherever he could be, and was in regular contact with me during the purchase, and has since messaged to make sure everything is going well! Even walking into Youles at Blackburn you are made to feel welcome by every member of staff! I will definitely return and recommend these guys to anyone who is in the market for a new bike. Thank you again Jason, you made a daunting first time experience very relaxed and fun!

Had really great, friendly and professional service from Anna on the service desk. I think Mick and Josh did the service and the bike was nice and clean afterwards too.
All the staff in the showroom always make me feel welcome and the coffee machine is always on - bonus!

2022-Bought my bike here. Excellent customer service provided from John. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was to much. From start to finish the buying of my bike, having it lowered and collecting it couldn't of gone any smoother. I'm made up with my bike. Thanks John, see you in a few years for my next bike.
2024- bought another bike here today. The customer service from Jon was excellent as per usual. An absolute breeze dealing with Jon, applying for finance, being shown around the bike ect. Very happy with the price of the bike. I would definitely recommend them. I had been to other dealerships recently and they are far to pushy, you don't get that with youles, very professional. I highly recommend. Thanks guys. Anna was also really helpful with the sale of clothing, very helpful and friendly.
