Couldn't ask for better sales and service. Offers of drinks from the moment we walked through the door, great dealing with Jon during decision time and first service carried out whilst I waited despite me booking the wrong store and not being expected.

Dealt with Gary in the Youles Triumph dealership and have nothing but good things to say. I must have went in about 4 or 5 times looking at bikes, always helpful, happy to let me feel them out etc. In the end settled on a Tiger 900, the whole process of buying was smooth and friendly, bike came fully clean and road ready. Would highly recommend. No pressure selling, just friendly advice and free coffee.

I recently purchased a 2017 Ducati Monster 821 from Youles in Blackburn. I purchased the bike at a distance and never viewed it in person.
Paul, the sales man was brilliant. He sent me lots of videos and photos of the bike and answered all my questions promptly via WhatsApp, phone and email. He arranged delivery once the bike had been paid for and communicated all the details and timelines efficiently.
Unfortunately, and totally out of Youles control, the bike developed a starting issue less than 24 hours from delivery.
The way the service team handled this issue was superb. The bike was collected the following day, on a Saturday none the less. They arranged for someone to work on the bike that afternoon and I had an update on Saturday evening from the service manager. They had located the issue and got the bike back up and running.
Because Youles isn't a Ducati dealership, they took things one step further, and arranged for the bike to be taken to their local Ducati main dealer for a once over later in the week. The bike was checked over and further work carried out by the Ducati dealer to get it running 100% as it should. Youles footed the bill for all the work.
It took a full week, but the bike was delivered back to me in better condition than first time and I couldn't be happier. Exceptional service from all. You can buy with confidence with the team at Youles Motorcycles.

I have recently purchased a Speed Triple RS 1050 2018 from these guys and I am really impressed with the customer service. My bike was fully serviced and checked over prior to delivery. The Sales person (Adam) was outstanding answering all my questions clearly being an experienced biker himself. Nothing was a problem and he always got back to me. I recently found the wing mirrors were a little loose and moving at speed. I fully expected to have to replace these but this was all sorted by (Adam) at the dealership. Nothing was too much with them taking the bike in without notice and replacing them.
A really well run family business who I would highly recommend if you are looking for a bike. Really good people who go the extra mile and look after their customers.

Called into the triumph/ honda dealership over the weekend found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable regarding adventure motorbikes which is what I am looking for, have to give a special mention to Jonny at triumph and Tony at honda for there patience and understanding what I was asking them. A credit to the company

This place has come a long way since the first time I was there, 20 years ago, when they were an Aprilia dealer, mainly doing scooters. Had my Tiger serviced today. Very friendly and efficient, with a big fleet of demo / courtesy bikes. Free coffee too. Desk was a bit busy, could be manned a bit more effectively to avoid queues, but then it was a Saturday. All in all, a good place to buy n service your Triumph in Manchester City centre.

My bike was due its first service, i arrived early and was done in good time not being local i waited on site with a very comfy seating area and drink facilities, never had anything like it at other bike shops, fantastic team of guys very polite and always going above and beyond for the customer. They even cleaned my bike during the service which i didnt expect (not that it was dirty lol just the ride in was wet ). Amazing team at Honda Youles Manchester.

Right from booking my bike in Sam so very helpful he booked me in at a time and date to suit me..Had by first service carried out 29/2/24 great service again by Sam who greeted me upon arrival.
I waited for the bike and all of the team at Youles made sure I was ok asking me in I wanted a Coffee etc.
I browsed the bikes in the showroom and my bike was done in no time they even washed it!
Sam is a credit to Youles team and I look forwards to using Youles Motorcycles in the future.

Purchased a Yamaha Tracer 9GT in February 2024. Got the bike home to Stoke-On-Trent and a week later noticed the rear tyre was damaged. I contacted Jordan the salesman and he referred it to the service manager. A week later I was contacted and invited in to have a new tyre fitted free of charge worth over £200. Can't recommend them highly enough with service and support like that!

Recently purchased a used bike from Youles Triumph Manchester. Jonny did everything in his power to help with the sale and provided such amazing service. Handover day came and he was so professional and courteous, showing me all the features of the new bike, what everything did and how it all works.
Clear to see it's not just a job but a passion, a true biker who knows his stuff.

I have found the whole customer experience at Youles Blackburn fantastic, it has to be one of, if not the, most welcoming and helpful motorcycle centres.. Every member of staff I have met has been great. From John in sales, Anna on the service desk, to Neil in the workshop, if you love bikes a visit is an absolute must.
