I recently purchased a 2017 Ducati Monster 821 from Youles in Blackburn. I purchased the bike at a distance and never viewed it in person.
Paul, the sales man was brilliant. He sent me lots of videos and photos of the bike and answered all my questions promptly via WhatsApp, phone and email. He arranged delivery once the bike had been paid for and communicated all the details and timelines efficiently.
Unfortunately, and totally out of Youles control, the bike developed a starting issue less than 24 hours from delivery.
The way the service team handled this issue was superb. The bike was collected the following day, on a Saturday none the less. They arranged for someone to work on the bike that afternoon and I had an update on Saturday evening from the service manager. They had located the issue and got the bike back up and running.
Because Youles isn't a Ducati dealership, they took things one step further, and arranged for the bike to be taken to their local Ducati main dealer for a once over later in the week. The bike was checked over and further work carried out by the Ducati dealer to get it running 100% as it should. Youles footed the bill for all the work.
It took a full week, but the bike was delivered back to me in better condition than first time and I couldn't be happier. Exceptional service from all. You can buy with confidence with the team at Youles Motorcycles.
