Brilliant service and very good value for money. On Sunday morning, 30 minutes after phoning about an advertised CrossTourer, Jonny had the bike sitting out, ready for inspection. We were greeted by name immediately upon arrival and it was clear that Jonny had a detailed knowledge of the bike, in spite of Youles being a Triumph dealership (although they are in the process of building adjacent premises which will house a brand new Honda dealership). A great 4 month warranty on used bikes and a lifetime guarantee when servicing at Youles each year. We travelled 250 miles to see the bike and it proved to be everything it was promised to be. Delighted to have ordered the CrossTourer and Youles will definitely our first stop next time we are buying.

I was after a tiny part of the clutch lever for my Bonneville America. I don't have a Triumph dealer on my doorstep so after endless online searching Youles Motorcycles on Bury New Road were recommended to me by a riding mate. I phoned the dealership and spoke to Sam. He knew exactly what my vague part description was and he even had one in stock. I arranged for postage and I am extremely pleased with the brand knowledge of Sam at Youles and the service was absolutely second to none. Bought a Gore-Tex jacket and trousers from Youles online, when they arrived the back protector was damaged. Joe contacted the manufacturer who were less than responsive, but keept me in the loop with (lack of) progress. Frustrated with the supplier Joe sourced the identical protector, and sent it to me FOC.

Second hand Triumph America not running correctly and cutting out far to often. Booked a 2 hour slot to have it checked over and the team only needed an hour. Basically a factory reset and the bike is running like new. Thanks to the reception team and mechanics. Will be going back for the servicing etc in the future.
