I went into Youles, Blackburn today to buy a Shoei Neotec helmet. I would like to express my thanks to Andy and his staff on the service/parts counter. All the team were very professional and friendly and, in my opinion, went above and beyond simply good service. They changed the cheek pads so I got a more comfortable fit and sold me a helmet at a very reasonable price.

From initially going in to look at a bike last September, to having it delivered 4 months later, the service was great. Good advice from James about getting back on a bike after a 4 year lull, and honesty about the delivery lead time. No pressure and no condescension (I’ve walked away from salesrooms for both).
Would definitely recommend buying a bike here.
