I bought a Ducati Scrambler Classic from Youles at Blackburn I had found on Autotrader. It was 6 years old and had done 24,000 miles but well looked after and looks like a new bike. The previous owner must have been a real enthusiast as it had lots of money spent on it with all the right bits replaced, exhaust, seat, front and rear suspension and many other extras fitted. I dealt with Jason and he couldn't have been more helpful keeping me informed with progress on preparing the bike. I had a call from Jason who said the bike was in their workshop and there was an issue so obviously wondered what that was. He said the rear tyre was half worn so they would put a new rear tyre on for me, I thought wow that's good service. Later I asked if the service record showed when the timing belts had last been changed, Jason got back and said we have replaced them as a precaution, double wow! With a lifetime warranty on mechanical parts so long as serviced by them and a full 12 months MOT I couldn't have been more impressed by their customer service. Would definitely recommend them and if I change the bike wouldn't hesitate to use them again. A super friendly dealer with a good old fashioned level of customer service, really impressed with them.

A professional swift and effortless service provided by Jason at Youles Blackburn recently as I traded in my machine for a Triumph Sprint ST1050, fully informed and updated throughout the entire process resulting in me taking delivery of a very well serviced and prepared machine. Customer service that’s rarely witnessed these days me and I’ll be returning to Youles whenever I feel an upgrade is due

Paul at Youles was very patient with all my questions and sent a video.
I felt I could trust Paul with his description. The bike was delivered and I did worry that it could be a bit disappointing, but Paul had accurately described the bike. Paul ring me to make sure I was happy.
I would highly recommend.

Got my first big bike from Youles Manchester. All the staff were welcoming and friendly from the service desk to the lovely Tony who delivered my bike. I dealt with Jonny who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was undecided between the Street Triple and an MT09, both the same price. The staff gave me lots of advice and I went with the triple. I don’t regret it. She is an absolute dream. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Youles Manchester, they have an excellent range of new and used bikes and the customer service is excellent. Thanks guys.

Firstly this is a proper buisness, very professional. I initially spent over 6 months pestering them about a Bike, I was uncertain due to my mobility issues, I was helped all the way through by Jason at Blackburn, this guy has the patience of a saint, in the end I didn't buy one, but he could not have tried harder, and yet at no time did I feel unduly pressurised. I eventually bought one from the Manchester branch where James sorted the deal very efficiently, but with all due respect to everybody, it was Jason at Blackburn who sold me the dealership, if not the Bike !

I brought my triumph explorer to Youles for some assistance with an aftermarket exhaust. Sam on the desk was really helpful and I had a quick chat with the technician who explained what he had done. In fact everyone I spoke to there was very pleasant and I will definitely be going back either for service on the bike, or for my next bike
