I brought my triumph explorer to Youles for some assistance with an aftermarket exhaust. Sam on the desk was really helpful and I had a quick chat with the technician who explained what he had done. In fact everyone I spoke to there was very pleasant and I will definitely be going back either for service on the bike, or for my next bike

Really helpful staff, great selection. Will be back, methinks, as a purchase needs to be made. Nothing was too much trouble, and there was plenty of space to continue social distancing. Not just Triumph here either, some other nice kit as well.

We ordered a bike for my sons birthday a couple of weeks ago. Only paid a small deposit, but kept informed all the way through the process, saw the bike at the Blackburn store , bike was transferred to Manchester, both David’s, one in Blackburn and one in Manchester were brilliant, went in today to pay in full, told delivery was arranged for the morning of my sons birthday , bike looked amazing, and had the personal touch of having his name on the bike when we went in, absolutely brilliant

I’ve been taking my bikes to Youles for a few years now and they’ve been brilliant every time.
It’s the most recent experience though that made me write a review…..
I’ve just bought a used Street Triple RS from a Honda dealer and as soon as I picked it up I felt that something wasn’t quite right with the clutch. I’m had a quick chat with the guys at Youles (specifically Sam) who really took the time to understand my issues and after they took the bike in, discovered a worn bearing. The job was done really well and the bike feels brand new.
Every time I’ve been in, you really get the feeling that all of the staff just love chatting about bikes. It really does just feel like a nice place to be.
The new coffee machine is a definite improvement too!

I would just like to thank Youles Motorcycles and Royce for a most pleasurable experience buying from yourselves. Right from the good deal of my new motorbike, to the presentation of it all. Royce also put my old bike next to my new for a final photo shoot for old times sake. Also my name on my new bike when I arrived at the showroom, adding a nice touch to the experience. This has not gone unnoticed. By the way the bike is better than I thought. An awesome piece of machinery that is delivering beyond my expectations. Thank you.
