Great service from Youles. Took my bike in for service and new tyres. I'd ordered the tyres in myself from elsewhere. Amy was excellent, calling me to let me know they'd arrived, and was friendly and helpful throughout. I borrowed a loan bike overnight too, which was no trouble to them. Sort of service you'd hope to expect but often don't anymore.

Collected my Thruxton yesterday. The whole process was a real pleasure from start to finish. Jason handled the sale and his relaxed, professional approach and superb product knowledge sealed the deal for me. I had got a shortlist of 6 bikes and the one at Youles Blackburn was the first and only one I looked at. It took me all of two days to make a decision and there were no pushy calls during that period. All the staff that I came into contact with were friendly, helpful and courteous. Thank you.

Fi bought a Yamaha Tracer today from Dave. Couldn’t have had a better experience! Dave seemed to have all the time in the world: there was no pressurised “hard sell”. We felt we arrived as customers and left as friends ... with a superb bike and a standing invitation to drop in for coffee! This is what buying and selling bikes ought to be about.

I haven’t bought a new bike for a long time. I’m a hoarder so I had a few but due to work injury had to rethink my bike style.
I came across what appeared to be my dream machine from Youles in Manchester so I gave them a call.
I spoke to a young guy “Hayden” who took me on my word which is refreshing nowadays in itself and reserved the bike for me.
Next day we took a trip to the Manchester showroom to look at the new toy up close and pay a deposit.
Hayden made the experience of buying this bike the best I’ve had in nearly 40 years of riding.
He was polite, patient and a good listener, helping us with all our concerns and questions. Also very knowledgeable and friendly. He wasn’t in our faces, very professional and an overall great guy who made parting with such a thick wedge easy. Nothing was too much trouble.
The showroom is impressive. Well laid out and immaculate. All the bikes are gleaming and there’s a well laid out chill area. Free drinks and a T shirt went down well and all the lads seemed like they didn’t mind being there.
Can’t fault the service or the overall experience and did I mention that customer after care is excellent.
This dealer comes highly recommended and it won’t be the last time we visit.
