I have purchased several bikes from them and always found them good to deal with. Jason is the main sales guy and will always look after you and follow up on any issues or requests you have. Their lifetime warranty is great for piece of mind during ownership.

I have recently purchased a bike from Youles, the bike itself was immaculate , wonderfully cared for and was fantastic value for money, the assistance I received from the salesperson Jonny Davies, was second to none, he was knowledgeable about the bike, and offered me, a complete biking novice, great advice and assurance.
Youles as a company offer a fantastic lifetime guarantee on their bikes, which is most unusual, and very reassuring for someone in my position.
Aftercare has been wonderful up to now, Jonny has contacted me a number of times to see how I’m getting on with the new love of my life !

Always great, from initially buying the bike to servicing. Sorted me out with a Rebel 1100 while my bike was in for a service, so I could get back to work. Very accommodating! Even gave my bike a clean while it was in, which was very necessary in this weather. All in all top service!

I visited Youles in Blackburn just to have a look and check out whether a Harley Davidson XL1200 would fit me (after researching and deciding I'd like one) . The salesman, Adam, was very helpful and certainly knew his stuff. I later decided on a 1200 Nightster they had in, deposit paid, we decided on a mutually convenient date to collect. Everything was ready (pdi, service, new battery, full MOT) for me on the collection day.
The weather was torrential rain & Hail (in july) but it cleared and a great ride home to Morecambe ensued.
I am chuffed with the Sportster, and the service & communication was excellent.
I'd not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying a quality used (or new) bike.
