So I picked up my brand new Triumph Trident yesterday from Youles in Manchester. The whole experience of buying the bike has been top notch from start to finish. David Edwell was fantastic to deal with in sales - no nonsense and very fair. I got a very good price for my trade in and was not pressured in any way to buy something I didn’t want (although I still bought plenty of extra bits). The showroom was immaculate and becoming of such a premium brand and my new bike was well presented. Excellent handover with my phone setup with the bike’s Bluetooth, suspension adjusted to suit my requirements and all controls fully explained. The two lads on the desk were also first rate - nothing was too much trouble and a special shout out for Sam who called me back and talked me through resolving a couple of issues I’d found on the ride home. I’m definitely a Triumph convert and will be coming back here for future servicing and my next bike!

Very professional but also very friendly staff. Arranged a long, and therefore useful, test ride at short notice. And I got a complimentary coffee. All-in-all a very relaxed and useful visit.

Honestly couldn't of asked for better service. Staff are awesome, went in for a standard MOT, and got so much more! a little tweak hear and there, some fresh rubber and my bike runs like new. Genuinely got a customer for life here whilst I'm still riding.

My best dealership/garage experience I have ever had.
Although I didn't buy my bike here I received great help. Before even taking my bike into the shop I was offered help over the phone several times by Rob.
Unfortunately this didn't fix the issue but did help diagnose it.
Youles went above and beyond and managed to get my bike repaired under warranty despite the fact that it was almost a year out of date.

I recently purchased a motorbike from Youles, I dealt with Dave, I couldn’t have asked for better customer service, the whole process was a pleasure. Dave was incredibly helpful and a credit to Youles. Delivery was organised by Dave using Ian from Iron horse, again top class service all round. The bike was excatly as described and arrive in perfect condition. I’ve already put several miles on her and she’s a dream. Should I decide to add another one to my collection, Youles will be my first port of call despite the distance.

I recently bought a Triumph Tiger 850 Sport which I initially dealt with Stan who sorted out all the deal for me over the phone and helped to part ex my Harley Davidson which I was vey pleased about! After Stan informing me that he was going to be placed on Furlough another member of the team, Jason, helped with completing all my paper work & handover. This was above and beyond of the team sorting this out for me as they could have easily told me to wait for Stan to return. Brilliant service. Thank you Jason & Stan.

Great friendly helpful staff. Feb 2021 another excellent customer experience at Youles. I had a slight problem with the Sat nav link on my bike. Dan and Andy got in touch with Triumph and rebooted the Bluetooth module and everything was sorted. All the time keeping me informed and making sure I was happy before leaving the dealership.

My Street Triple 765rs was approaching its 12K service. Called the service desk and spoke to Andy who was very helpful. With it being the BIG service and relatively expensive I decided to do it slightly earlier than required and take advantage of the January offer (which was really helpful!)
Andy knew that I was OCD with anything to do with my precious bike - he was happy to oblige and accommodating. This was really important to me.
Mick was the technician who was going to work on my bike, his obvious experience and enthusiasm for motorcycles was reassuring.
Once the service was done Mick provided a detailed explanation and pictures to the work that was carried out.
This is my 2nd service in the last 9 months with Youles.
The service was fantastic and I would be happy to recommend them.
