Fantastic service from both sales and servicing. Bought a Sprint ST a couple of weeks ago and even with changing my mind back and forth everything was ready without issue, great service. Loverly touch finding my bike in the show room with a reserve sign on it.
Had a small leak on a coolant hose. Service was great called them booked it in. No ifs no buts just straight away sorted. I had a slight trip but they made space and got if fixed first thing.

I went for a test ride of Honda NC750x DCT. . Nice ride! I was served by Royce. He was friendly and efficient and waiting for me with the bike ready. Usual form filling etc taken care of with no dramas. Great showroom and bikes to browse. Free coffee and soft drinks available. Plenty of free parking. Recommended!

Cracking showroom, very helpful staff, very complimentary of my motorcycle which as nice to hear from a Triumph dealership. I thought the service cost was expensive for oil, filter, condition report and health check. But it keeps the service history bang on.

I only popped in to have a look at the Triumph Scrambler 900cc. Had a chat with Dave and gave him my shopping list. To my amazement he said they had just taken a bike in that was exactly what I was looking for. Dave didn't have to sell it to me as it was exactly what I was looking for. In addition to this I was offered a lifetime warranty.
Complete no brainer. I collected my dream Scrambler last week. What a beauty. Well done Youles for your excellent customer service and attention to detail. I will be back
