Recently bought a Vespa 125 GTS from Youles Blackburn. Dealt with Jason Noblet who gave excellent customer service. Jason took the time to go through all the options and took the time to fully answer all the questions I asked of them. On collection the features of the bike were fully explained (I’m new to biking) and he even helped me to load the bike and took me through how to safely strap it down. Since the purchase I’ve been called twice to ensure everything is going well. I live near Peterborough (where I could have purchased a Vespa but was getting bad service). I was happy to make the trip to Youles for the added value. I’m certain I’ll use them again in a couple of years time when I upgrade to a 300cc.

Bought a 2nd hand bike from Youles of Blackburn, very happy customer, minor hicup on the way due to covid situation, but bike was all prepared with fresh service and MOT, staff were very helpful and got the bike I wanted. Helpful after the purchase, friendly staff, always willing to chat. Would certainly go back here for the right bike and have confidence I'd be looked after. Nice dealership facility with attached workshop and upstairs waiting room, fantastic selection of bikes, new ones mainly Triumph, but great array of 2nd hand bikes too. Nice place to visit and got a great bike!!! (y)

I agreed a sale for a used BMW R1200GS with Dave at Youles. This was the bike to sit on a transverse trailer on the back of our newly acquired motor home. The deposit paid, ready to go. Unfortunately the weekend before showing up at the dealership, disaster struck as a result of poor PDI from the motor home dealer. £1500 remedial action later and we cannot proceed with the bike purchase. When discussing this with Dave, it emerges that this is no problem. The most immediate concern was for our wellbeing. Youles agreed to refund our deposit with an assurance that they would be happy to help when ever we were able to proceed.
These are top people with a strong customer focus. I would like to thank Dave and all at this great dealership.

What a top experience,,,I've dealt with many main dealers over the years, car, bike, this was up there amongst the easiest, hassle free and honest bunch of chaps to buy from. Salesman James Hallam deserves top Mark's for his easy non pushy but very straight sales delivery. My second hand T100 was prepared and presented impeccably as promised. I am going to be more than happy to travel the 65 miles for annual servicing in the future..Tops guys..Thank you the bike rides superb....

Bought a used bike today from Youles, Tiger 800 the whole experience was first class. From initial look round, honesty and realistic safe advice I felt I can return here again.
Royce was very helpful through out. There are usually so many little annoying things these days when buying something but everything is excellent here.

5 stars is honestly not enough! From start to Finish the team here have been Amazing, Big shout out to Will on the Service desk for helping out with my Daytona 675. He was on my level from start and fully understood what was needed to be done, fair quoted price and the work carried out was second to non! i advise anyone who needs work doing the their pride and joy to give these guys a call! certainly be coming back for any future work!

The place to go for your motorbike, bought my bike during the pandemic David from Youles couldn’t have done more arranged everything including delivery, process was very smooth and easy, bike was spot on don’t hesitate to give them a visit cheers

Great service from them ,Put a deposit on an XRT and then the lock down landed,so there was obviously a bit of a delay,but we eventually made the deal on my RT which i also got from their Blackburn shop. 10 for their service especially Rob
