Bought a Triumph from Youles sight unseen, was a little hesitant initially but great service from David and Philip made everything go smoothly, received delivery of the bike a week ago, it was exactly as described and has been great so far. Would recommend.

Great service from all of the staff. I initially chose Youles (which is 250 miles from home!) for my 12000 mile service on my Tiger Sport on price as even after factoring in petrol i was saving over £150 compared to the quotes I was receiving nearer home. But the great service I received from reception to speaking directly to the mechanic before and after the service made enough of a difference for me to consider having even minor services done here. It's helps when you are spending a lot of money for the staff to smile - they all seem so miserable in my local Triumph dealers!

Bought a scooter today (13/2/20). Salesman was Jason Noblet. He came across as honest, genuine and sincere. Nice guy to deal with. Coffee offered. Showroom clean and tidy. Toilets spotless. Fair price given for my trade in Yamaha. (Blackburn branch)

I DONT DO REVIEWS but in this case I need to! I dealt with Jason who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, 5* service and communication all the way through the buying process of my Bobber black, which I heavily modified using the mechanics from Youles under Jason’s direction! I will buy again with confidence from this company! I Highly recommend this Youles motorcycles.

I bought a motorcycle from them in January 2019. I found all the staff so wonderful. They are all passionate about what they do and are so keen to help.
I had to overhaul my breaking system as one of the calipers was stuck. They let me spend an hour with the mechanic as he serviced the brakes. He showed me what to do and gave me so many helpful pointers.

After 40 years of fast cars and the odd old banger,in an insane moment I decided to relight my bike fire and re-enlist.
Gone are the days of invincibility and the urge to break the sound barrier but I did need to find a dealer who would look after my vulnerable ageism.
Thank God I found YoulesManchester and Hayden in particular.
I enjoyed every minute of every meeting I had with them and the service /communication levels were superb.
The bike was delivered today by Lee another fantastically helpful guy.
I’ve been in the service trade nearly all my working life so I know it inside out and if there were an Oscar/golden globe or BAFTA for service then I would give it to Youles Manchester.

I had a Test ride on the New Triumph 3 Rocket GT, Awesome ride Very easy to ride considering your sat on a 2.5 ltr engine well balanced smooth, easy handling very comfortable excellent quality looks the part big and looks good with the three cylinders and manifold staring at you plus all the electronics, it was wet when I rode it so very happy to have traction control different riding modes to suit conditions, all round an exceptional bike. Thanks to Haydn for his help and advice on the bike I was able to relax and enjoy a ride that I might not be able to do again but you never know !!

Since buying a bike from Youles, its had a great follow up with calls making sure the bike is running as it should. Any questions I've had have always been answered straight away to the best of there ability. Recently I had an intermittent issue with the bike, called up and the bike was in the workshop the same day, and came out as good as I could've wanted at a really comfortable price. Highly recommend.
