As usual the service by the workshop mechanics spot on, any extra work that needs to be carried out, only done after reason for it is explained, and only after getting the OK from the owner of machine being serviced.

Bought my first big bike from Youles in November 2019. Was coming up to doing my test when saw Triumph Bonneville SE advertised at Youles. Went in and everyone only too happy to help. Moved bike out for me to sit on and started it up. All questions answered fully. No pressure to buy, just helpful, good advice. Decided to go ahead and buy it. Passed my test on December 17th. Absolutely love my Triumph Bonneville SE. Thanks to all for great service - especially Dave and Amie.

Excellent experience buying used Triumph from the Blackburn store. Not "pushy", no pressure, just sound advice as I have been out of biking for 12 years. Special thanks to Jason who sold me the bike but not before I'd tried various makes to make sure I was matched to it. Delays on house move so stored for me. Excellent follow up service. Great advice also from everyone else I came across; Dave, Amy, Rob. Will recommend.
