Bought Triumph Bonneville T120 without seeing it, Royce was very helpful in sending video to show me the bike and sending all information, this was on the Friday, bike was delivered on the Wednesday by van. Driver very helpful and rang when he was on the way. Bike was as described in perfect condition. Great service would use them again despite the distance.

I bought a Triumph Thruxton R from Youles in Manchester at the end of September.
This is the first new machine I have purchased.
The service I have received from both James in sales and Will in service/parts has been exemplary.
Indeed all the staff I have talked to both in the shop and on the phone have been the same.
I would recommend Youles any day for their customer service and the purchase of your next motorcycle.
What I received was good old fashioned customer service. Buying the bike and having it setup for me has been a most pleasurable experience. Any contact has been easy- no waiting in queues on the telephone to speak to a warm body! If I purchase another machine Youles will be my first port of call. Well done!

After passing my mod 2 I went to have a look around. I was made to feel very welcome to browse without any pressure to buy anything, free coffee on tap, very friendly staff especially Andy and Stan. After an hour of looking around and chatting I decided to get a new bike. Stan was amazing, he gave me all the information I needed, super friendly, and honest about everything. Andy on after sales was also great to deal with. He sorted out the accessories for me and made sure I always had some coffee. It was a pleasure to visit you guys and I look forward to my next trip over!

In my earlier review I gave Youles a 1 star. This was due mainly at the time because of the way which I felt I was being dealt with, however Youles and particularly Rob stepped up and the matter was sorted to my satisfaction. I am now more than happy to award Youles 5 stars.

Many thanks to the staff at youles motorcycle especially Will and Sam who have been great every time I’ve had a problem with my bike. Had an issue recently with a new faulty battery and the bike was picked up and fixed within day and free of charge, great customer services.

I stored my Ducati at Youles for a few months while moving house. The bike was so well looked after by Rob and the team that on return it rode sweeter than ever. The bike will miss the luxury treatment given by Youles for sure. An excellent service and great communication, I cant recommend them highly enough.

Having got my first scooter just under a year ago Will and the team have been an amazing help when ever I have had a problem with my Piaggio.
Youles has always been my first choice of dealership/garage because they are the only recognized Piaggio dealership within the Manchester area and the service I receive is the best I could imagine. Because of this I travel from Cheshire as I know any work required on my Piaggio is going to be done to a very high standard.
I would highly recommend Youles to anyone who is wanting to purchase a bike, needs any parts or advice or require any work doing as this is the only place I shall be visiting from now on.
