Very disappointed. On the 12/7/25 i placed a deposit on a used 19 plate street scrambler. It was fully loaded with alot of expensive after market, quality items . Led spots, datatool alarm, front & rear dash cams with small colour screen. Garmin sat nav . Wired phone mount . I was told it was waiting for a new wiring loom which is a common, known , fault with this years model . I agreed to wait. 2 weeks later the new loom was fitted & the salesman said they had to remove a couple of bits as they were wired in wrongly. Fair enough. I then had to wait another 2 weeks for it to be serviced. Then nearly another 2 weeks for its pdi & valet . On 21/8/25 , nearly 6 weeks later , I got a lift to pick it up . Before paying the balance I asked further about the removed items & a member of staff went to look for them . At first he thought they may have been binned but eventually came out carrying a plastic shopping bag absolutely full of wiring & gadgets. They were all tangled up & a mess . They then told me they'd removed absolutely everything, even the alarm ! The reason they gave was that they could've caused the loom failure even tho it's recognised fault . To say I was dissapointed was a massive understatement. I told them that the additional electrical bits were a big selling point to me . Many apologies were offered & the sales team all looked very embarrassed & so they should. I demanded my deposit back which was refunded. I then had to call my wife to drive accros Manchester AGAIN , to pick me up . This isn't the first time I've been messed about by youles as Philip Youle knows . Last time I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Not this time . The scrambler would have been the 3rd bike I'd bought off them . Obviously I will never set foot in there again. Nearly 6 weeks of summer wasted ! Please don't bother reaching out this time Phillip, your call will be ignored .

Got a 1050rs from the Manchester branch but had a lot of issues with the mainly from the Blackburn branch as when I got the instantly got bad vibe we parked are bikes at the front and one of the staff came out told us to move them with a very angry way of saying it, but we did anyway then we went in to look at the bike I put a deposit on and then got told that they will not help me out and to stop touch and I’m not allowed the keys so me and a friend ended up walking out and reporting this staff member as she was so rude it was unreal then the bike got shipped back to Manchester branch. So I then headed over to them and sorted thing out with Jordan to get this I got told that I will be sorted out as I was treated really bad and not right at there other branch and I received nothing then as I was signing my paper work they tried to change the price of what we agreed for my bike but £150 and not telling me this and I was close to not buying the bike at this point and I’ve then seen a comments on a mates review saying we wasn’t right or we was rude all I ever did was be happy to get a bike and wanted to check it out and both branches knew I was coming to view it and I had the worst customer service I’ve ever had. After this has all happened I will certainly not be buying another bike from triumph

Just been to a view a Triumph Speed Triple 1050rs for a friend. Instantly got a bad vibe from them, as though we wasn’t wanted. Was really excited to have a look around the bike as he had already put a deposit down on it. We asked Anna if it was possible to get the keys so we could see the bike light up. I’m not sure if we offended her by asking this question but she became really rude. Definitely will not be buying a bike from them in the future. It was as though our custom wasn't wanted.

Unfortunately not a good experience with this company. Bike purchased at distance which was misdescribed and had to be returned for a full refund. This involved me in many telephone calls, supplying photographic evidence of the damage and associated paperwork, lots of my time plus waiting for the monies to be returned. A good will gesture would have been appropriate in these circumstances.

Absolutely disgusting, they valued my bike, and I wasn't happy as it below average, but accepted it, financed the rest no problems, rang and confirmed collection time bought nearly a grand worth of accessories from elsewhere as honda are to pricey, bike was there ready, after a few hours of waiting around they decided that they couldn't give the agreed price for my bike and gave a joke figure, when I asked about the valuation they had already given, they just said they couldn't honor it.this is absolutely disgusting, no apologies from the manager, will never step foot in youles again this, beware of trading your bike in with them as the price they say isn't the price on the day of exchange.

Bought an Aprilia SX 125 from here back in August 2020 had nothing but problems wouldn't suggest them as a reputable dealer go elsewhere, update 20/1/2021 Phill calls me to discuss why I have a 2 star review I booked my motorcycle in for a service being told ebc pads would be fitted to only get a call that I need to spend £120 for a set of rear pads, they also didn't bleed my front brake and left dust seals off my front and rear calipers. So as he called me at an unreasonable time while I was at work pleading with me to take my review down; here is your one star. Wouldn't use Youles I wouldnt trust them with a push bike let alone a motorcycle. 29/1/22- That's funny Phill as I have the old pads and they aren't worn to metal, I also have the dust seals they wasn't fitted correctly and the front pads are fine you just didn't bleed them when you removed and refitted them. I've never known a garage to be so dumfounded when they're wrong. 24/09/2022 My bike has dropped an exhaust valve before its third service due to my valve timing not being checked and the valve buckets not being changed so that there was the correct tolerance. Tolerance should of been 0.10 to 0.15 thou, mine was 0.40 so if you want your bike to be correctly serviced don't go to youls cause they'll screw you over and say the work was done when it wasn't.

Unpleasant experience! Found a used bike advertised on their website and got in touch. Assured by them that it is a low mileage spotless bike I secured it with a deposit. When ready to travel from London to pick it up I was told there is a mechanical problem with the bike and they want to fix it before they sell it to me. Fair enough although that should have happened before they advertised it. After other two weeks (God knows what was so wrong with the bike that took so long to fix) I finally took a day off work and travelled to get it. When I got there the bike wasn't at all what advertised and expected: had a lot of corrosion on it and some ugly scratch marks on the plastics. A long way from spotless bike I might say! Needless to say I wasn't interested in buying the bike. Too bad I wasted a whole day for that and lost over £250 in the process

Just to highlight after care. I had no issues buying the bike, but when it developed an oil leak, was told I would have to send a picture to the manager, who was off work for the next 5 days. Was questioned if I had over filled the forks- even though it was an engine leak. Also their work shops were fully booked, so she didn't know when it would be fitted in. Then spoke to someone who told me it was made clear I needed to return the bike 250 miles to their work shops via recovery. And then get my self there when it was looked at. Compare this with my only previous issue under a warranty, where the after sales couldn't do enough , and booked my bike into a main dealer. I would have been happy to get my local guy to at least look and give them a heads up. the woman also seemed to not understand the terms of the warranty, which I had to read to her, as she was trying to say the bike wasn't covered, but it was. I should say it does say in the warranty that it is at their garage, but I certainly wasn't made very clear that was the case, and also, the customer service was awful. Being questioned about what I had done, even asking me if it was rideable, with an oil leak. When I said theres no way Im riding a £7k bike250 bikes with an oil leak, was told, "Its up to you" Anyway- just please avoid unless you can get back easily to them, and dont expect customer care on the phone- I will say its a nice bike, and thank fully there are great guys down here to go to. First ever poor review- so I would look elsewhere if you're not local.

I bought a 2011BMW K1300S from Youles Blackburn having dealt with Stan over the phone. On 24 July, I travelled from Northern Ireland collected the bike and rode it home, all seemed good. On Wednesday the 31st July I travelled to Douglas, Isle of Man on the bike for a 3 night break. On the morning of the 1st August, while on a ride out around the island we stopped at Lexy. When a short time later I attempted to start the bike it wouldn't start. I contacted Youles and spoke with Rob who initially I feel distanced himself from the problem. I had the bike recovered to BMW Motorrad IOM Motorcycles, who couldn't have been more helpful with firstly tracing the problem (faulty stop start switch) and secondly repairing/replacing the switch. Youles eventually agreed to pay for parts and labour having initially suggested that I would pay for labour. I understand that it was unlucky on my part for this to have happened when and where it happened. However the way that this breakdown was handled by Youles was from my point of view as a new customer very disappointing considering that I had just bought/collected the bike a week before. I emailed my point of view to Rob and to date still await a reply. There is probably a lot more I want to say about this however I am very disappointed in general with the way that this was handled by Youles.

Bought a used Tiger 955 off these. Nothing but problems, needed a complete brake overhaul immediately after the so-called warranty expired, fuel line broke, unfriendly woman behind the service counter, extortionate prices. I'm now a volunteer for NWBB and won't be using Youles EVER again

salesman was more interested in me parting with money than anything, and almost had a panic attack when i momentareley forgot my card pin number. said my bike would be a couple of weeks ! as they where so busy ,so time dragged on and i rang a day early and asked if it could be ready a day early , yes great it was cleaner but a few weeks of ownership thought i'd check the oil , mmh cant see the level it's above the sight glass, had to take out 2 litres overfilled oil, 2 B*****y litres! good thing i didn't push it and thats just one thing . Took it to my local bike mechanic who sorted it out .
