Just to highlight after care. I had no issues buying the bike, but when it developed an oil leak, was told I would have to send a picture to the manager, who was off work for the next 5 days. Was questioned if I had over filled the forks- even though it was an engine leak. Also their work shops were fully booked, so she didn't know when it would be fitted in.
Then spoke to someone who told me it was made clear I needed to return the bike 250 miles to their work shops via recovery. And then get my self there when it was looked at.
Compare this with my only previous issue under a warranty, where the after sales couldn't do enough , and booked my bike into a main dealer. I would have been happy to get my local guy to at least look and give them a heads up. the woman also seemed to not understand the terms of the warranty, which I had to read to her, as she was trying to say the bike wasn't covered, but it was.
I should say it does say in the warranty that it is at their garage, but I certainly wasn't made very clear that was the case, and also, the customer service was awful. Being questioned about what I had done, even asking me if it was rideable, with an oil leak. When I said theres no way Im riding a £7k bike250 bikes with an oil leak, was told, "Its up to you"
Anyway- just please avoid unless you can get back easily to them, and dont expect customer care on the phone-
I will say its a nice bike, and thank fully there are great guys down here to go to.
First ever poor review- so I would look elsewhere if you're not local.
