I'll share my experience with you guys!
I just bought a car and want to ensure it, it was on Friday may 27, 2022. I found an agent at Honda Kingsway. He was extremly expeditive and he was talking very fast, I told him that but he didnt even look at me. As im french speaker its hard to get everythings, especially with policies and numbers.
I had a very bad time with him, I felt like I'm with a robot, I didnt felt any consideration...
Hopefully, I came back on monday mai 30, 2022, I found another agent, it was a lady, extremely professional and empathetic, she explained to me everythings slowly and she also went through a long process to get a discount for me, as I told her that it was too exensive for me, wich I also told to the other agent but he didnt care...
I want to thank you, and sorry I forgot your name cause I was so happy lol
