We did not know much about insurance and the process of getting insurance in BC is very different from when we were in Ontario. She took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me to help me understand and ease my concerns. She saved us a lot of $ as well compared to if we just went with ICBC directly as we had originally planned! Overall had a wonderful experience with Charanjot and would recommend her to anyone!
