Grace
Finally, open dining! They do follow very strict CDC guideline. You either get seated on the patio (1st floor, open space with shade) or inside (with plenty of air conditioning). Tables that were wiped down are marked and every table gets seated a table apart. Even the bathroom is 1 person at a time - I've never seen a place follow restriction to that point.
Food was delicious, I'm don't really believe in tasty healthy food but they really made it work. It was a little bit pricy but they use really good and fresh ingredients. Portions are pretty good, I would say normal to large.
The menu is nowhere near "I've tasted this before". Each menu is thought through very carefully and artfully balanced. I felt full after my meal but not the "disgustingly full" where I would normally feel the grease and fat - I felt comfortably full. That proves they use quality ingredients with just the right amount of seasoning and grease. I will definately go again.
