This was our first experience at True Food Kitchen. Our waitress Jessica was very helpful in helping us navigate the menu to make our experience even better. I recommend if it's your first time there to really talk to your waiter or waitress and they will guide you through the experience for our drinks we had Peppermint tea and Citrus Spritzer it was a great substitute for a mimosa due to them being out of freshly squeezed orange juice no doubt .... For appetizers we had Chicken Noodle Soup and Edamame Dumplings for our main entrees we had Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl the Crustless Caramelized Onion Quiche with the Kale Salad and to surprise our Birthday Person had the Chocolate Flourless Cake with pure vanilla ice cream

The iced matchas are delish! I can’t get enough of the Korean noodle bowl and you can never go wrong with their brunch menu.
My friends and I are pretty much regulars here. Absolutely recommend! Stop on by-you won’t be disappointed.

Always enjoy coming here for lunch. Prompt service and always greeted with a smile. Really like how everything is geared towards a healthier lifestyle. Had the Korean Noodle Bowl. 5 stars! My daughters had Quinoa Bowl and Chicken Mozzarella Panni. Even saved room for the Flourless torte and fruit tart. Both delicious without the extra calories.

Too. Also their vegan and gluten-free cookies are AMAZING!!!!!!! Their hummus is the best hummus I’ve ever had. The only thing I didn’t care for was their GF pita. It’s very dry and chewy. If you’re gf or vegan this place is a must try
