This is the only thing that worked.
We had a free consultation when Jackson was a puppy and ended up not going with his package. Everyone in our neighborhood knew to avoid us and our dog because he would bark at them. After 3 years of battling with a dog that didn’t listen when on leash we decided to give Sam Ivy the try they deserved.
After the first session I thought why didn’t we do this earlier.
Our trainer Alexis was AMAZING. She genuinely cared about us and our dogs behavior. She was very thorough in her explanation of the training and quickly got Jackson to behave. Alexis made trainings something to look forward to. My wife and I enjoyed the training sessions around town at Armature Works, Curtis Hixon, Sparkman Wharf, and Hyde Park during their Sunday Market! These were all places we would never dream of bringing our dog due to his behavior. After training we are comfortable bringing him anywhere.
I almost forgot, Alexis took a bunch of photos throughout the training sessions and shared them all with us when Jackson graduated. It was not something we knew was going to happen, but was great to see the different days of training and Jackson’s progression. It was a nice touch!
We got our dog back and it has changed our lives. Thanks Sam Ivy and Thank you Alexis!

My dog Luther really improved. His trainer Miguel did a great job. I can take Luther everywhere to the park and beach and everyone loves him. the results were beyond my expectations and I am grateful. He was originally a very hostile dog who I was fearful would kill a dog 9r hurt a person. Sam Ivy program really works well. Thank you Miguel and Enzo!

my experience with Sam Ivy and specifically Deanna so far has been amazing. i look forward to every session. her advice for when i’m on my own is very helpful and keeps me and my pup on track. and she’s always available via text whenever i randomly have questions about a training situation. i appreciate that it’s results-based and not a set number of sessions. i have seen a significant transformation in bear’s behavior since beginning training. we’ve had 4 sessions and he is proving to be a perfect boy in the making already! this is the only dog training company i would trust for my bear.
