Our boy just finished his program with Sam Ivy K9 Consultants and we could not be more pleased. Bear was an anxiety-driven, nervous dog with terrible habits and a lack of respect for our home. The Sam Ivy program was our last effort to get him under control. From the very first day, our trainer Gina was able to explain to us WHY he was behaving the way that he was. Without this understanding we would not have not been able to help him. Through the sessions and her guidance, Bear transformed into a sweet, submissive boy and is a part of our family now. I cannot thank Gina enough for her hard work in bringing out the best in Bear. She definitely has a gift for what she does and we were sad to see her go when Bear graduated. This program is worth every penny we spent!!! Thank you Gina for all you did for Bear!

Jackie did an excellent job training us train our Pomeranians. Our dogs have went through an amazing transformation. The barking has ceased. On spot training is a lifesaver mostly when people come over. Definitely worth it!

I am so pleased with Sam Ivy' s services. I hesitated calling at first, not knowing what techniques were going to be used on my dog. The consultation was very informative and gave me the confidence I needed to move forward. Our trainer Gina, was so amazing. She was caring and firm with my dog Luke, and he enjoyed her visits. Gina took all my worries away and thought me and Luke how to communicate. From the very first visit I noticed the difference with my dog Luke, he understood the new boundaries and it only got better from there. I now enjoy taking him on walks and bathing him. He has learned to see me as the Alpha and acts accordingly. Our neighbors have noticed the difference as well and enjoy playing with him. My relationship with my dog Luke is so much better, we have so much fun together.

I have been training my puppy Myah with the help of Miguel from Sam Ivy K-9 Consultants for the past 4 weeks. We started Myah's training when she was 9 weeks old. If only you could see the difference it has made. By 3 months old she was crate trained, pretty much house trained, and extremely obedient. I get a lot of compliments about how well behaved she is from family and friends (haven't taken her out in public as we are still in the process of finishing her last round of shots). All I did to train her was as instructed by Miguel, and if I had any questions outside of our meeting I was able to text him and he usually responded very quick. We just finished "Proper Pack" and are about to begin the intermediate and advance on leash training. My goal is for Myah to become a service dog.
This is my first time training a puppy so I was as green as it gets and nervous as can be. Miguel and Sam Ivy are great and really know what they are doing.
