Fantastic gym! If I had more weight to lose I’d stay! I like this gym because they don’t have machines that people just chill out on and watch you work out.. everyone is working out! The coaches are just as wonderful and help you and push you to do your best! Fantastic gym! I lost 12 pounds and almost 7% body fat! And what I’m most happy about is fitting in my skinny pants again!!

I had my weigh in yesterday & I lost 10 lbs. & went down 5% ! Everyone was so helpful therfore it allowed me to workout properly. I really became aware of all the sugar I had consumed & other unhealthy habits. Thanks again to the staff at GTZ. I’m now a member so I can continue to stay healthy.

I lost 14 lbs and 5.3% body fat in 6 weeks - that says it all. GTZ is about success. The combination of coaching, camaraderie, well designed workouts, support, and the nutrition plan is a winner. I had no motivation but knew I had to get my health under control. I knew I couldn’t do it alone and the GTZ challenge was the perfect solution because there were various forms of accountability. I highly recommend this to anyone so is serious about improving their health and appearance.

I lost 20.6 lbs working out at Gravity Training Zone, the challenge is 6 weeks but I actually made it in 5 weeks. I could not get myself back to the gym so I saw this and gave it a try. If anyone is looking to lose weight or just get healthier with your diet you would be crazy to not give this gym a shot, the staff { from the front office to the trainers } want you to succeed so you cant help but feed off of their energy. They will give you all the tools and support you need to reach your goal all you need to do is follow the diet and give 100% during your workouts and you can't miss and wont be sorry. I just completed my 6 week challenge. I lost 20 lbs and 3.7%body fat. I just had my annual physical and my doctor was impressed that all my blood level values were textbook. I feel good and am more aware of what and how much I am eating. I would recommend the program.

I lost 21 pounds and 4.5 body fat .. am so thrilled with my results .. thank you soo much to Jimmy Conroy , Kim and Sal for pushing me and Coach Rad for keeping me on track .. I have to say .. I have been to many gyms and boot camps too , GTZ is the best .. the coaches are so awesome and the clients have an amazing positive vibe too . I think I really push myself when I workout here becoz of that. Am glad am going to continue my journey and loose another 10 pounds and atleast another 3 percent more body fat. Just finished my 6 week challenge at Gravity Training Zone. I lost 29.8lbs and 4.9% body fat. This challenge really works, it taught me how to eat the right things to get healthy, and set me up with the tools to keep doing it going forward. Hello, my names Kat, and I would like to share s little of my story and experience with Gravity Zone 6week challenge. I am a Cancer survivor, I was diagnosed with stage 3 in Jan. 2017, started aggressive chemo a week later after diagnosed. Now I’m that woman that worked out all the time, CrossFit, Boxing, Cross training, you name it, I was signed up. So being suck an active person, to being sick over night was a nightmare, but overall I fought hard and beat it. Had surgery in July, followed by 33 sessions of radiation which ended in October 2017. I gave my body a month before I started searching for a gym to start my fitness engine up again. In November just before Thanksgiving, I stumbled over Gravity Zone Fitness on Facebook, talking about there 6 weeks fitness plan which consisted of a workout regime, plus a meal plan that was catered to you specifically and gaurenteed you will be successful if you followed there day by day fitness plan through discipline and dedication; basically if you fail, it’s because you failed yourself. Well I was sold, and scheduled an appt with a dietitian, and fitness specialist trainer who pushed me harder than my own strength, thank you Jimmy , could not have done it without you. After I completed my six weeks, (I must Emphasize, this was during my healths toughest time, and during holiday time, where most ppl forget about discipline) I not only felt stronger physically but mentally it was most rewarding, I felt confindent with myself again, and most importantly I felt empowered and unstoppable, I felt like nothing could break me but me, and as long my mind is strong, I could accomplish anything, and I did! I lost 20lbs. Of fat, and gained lean muscle. Thank you Gravity Zone for being part of my journey, and giving me myself back, I will forever be grateful to your fitness mission.

I absolutely loved my 6 week challenge!!! I lost 22 pounds and 7% bodyfat and the workouts were amazing! Highly recommended everyone to try it out!

I just completed the 12 week challenge at GTZ-Morganville, and I am happy to say that I lost 18.5 pounds as well as a couple of pant sizes. I would like to thank Arbi for the nutrition plan & advice, it has helped steer me in the right direction, break bad habits & is now normal routine instead of an assignment. I also want to thank Jimmy Conroy who is a great trainer, makes every session unique & fun as well as motivates & knows how to push to get the most out of yourself. I also enjoyed training with the other members, they are awesome. In addition to the weight loss results that I am happy about, are the additional positives to my overall health. At the middle of the program, I had bloodwork done for my normal doctor visit. The results had changed so much for the positive, that my doctor took me off my cholesterol meds & reduced the dosage of my high blood pressure meds. GTZ helped me impose real discipline into my eating and exercise habits (there were really no habits before). During the 6-week challenge, I lost 17 pounds and over 6% body fat.

I was able to lose 5% body fat from the 6 week challenge! I couldn't have done it without the great support from the coaches and from the online community! This challenge provided more than just losing the body fat, it gave me a new perspective and knowledge to be aware of what I am eating and the exercises I need to do in order to reach my goal! I have been going to the gym for many years before going to Gravity Zone and all I can say is that I lost more fat and gained more muscle in 6 weeks then I have in the many years of working out on my own. Before this program, I did not realize that I was "skinny fat," now, I am at a healthy body fat % thanks to Gravity Zone!

Gravity is a great place to go whether you're new to working out, or stuck not getting results like I was. As part of their six week program, I learned a lot about the importance of diet, and had some great coaches (Thanks to Jimmy for all his encouragment) help me every step of the way through my classes. I was always comfortable knowing my form was being watched, and I'd have accountability not to take the easy way out. I lost some stubborn belly fat, gained some muscle, and walked away with a much better understanding of my body.

The 6 week challenge was awesome!! I lost 23.5 lb and feel great!!! The staff at Gravity Training Zone is incredible!!! They are so knowledgeable, motivating and truly care about each individual person's success!!! (Shout out to John my personal fav) :) But all of them are awesome and push you to do your personal best!! The individualized meal plan is totally doable and you never feel hungry!! And within a few days your energy increases tremendously! The workouts are challenging, but get easier every time, as you get stronger!! I would HIGHLY recommend GTZ to anyone who wants to get in shape and feel great!! A

They are really great. when I decided to join them, my friend tease at me and he donnot believe me I can do it. but they help me made it.I lost 17lb and 5% body fat. I really appreciate the three greatest coach: Jimmy, John and Sal. They really try their best to help us to be successful;. I also like the method of the training. The partner can help and encourage each other.
