I’ve completed my six-week journey.The past few weeks were tough—I fell sick twice and had a lot going on with the kids. Despite all that, I stayed consistent and kept going.
I started at 97.6 kg and I’m now down to 87.2 kg, and still going 💪🏽. My waistline and thighs have reduced a lot, which feels like a big win. I still want to reduce further to reach my BMI goal, but this journey has given me the confidence to eat healthy, stay consistent, and focus on being fit.
I followed a 3-meal diet plan and even stuck to the travel diet plan during holidays, which really helped me stay on track.
I may not have hit my exact goal yet, but I feel really good about the changes I see—and others have noticed them too. This is not the end, it’s just the beginning. I’m excited about what’s ahead and committed to reaching my goal.
To everyone still on this journey: keep showing up, even on hard days. The results will come.
