Gravity Transformation online challenge lays out everything needed for a successful weight loss program. Accountability and support provided through coaching and Facebook groups. They will try to upsell to you their master program and you will receive ads for many supplements. Individual plans aren’t tailored for you specifically like implied, they’ve actually put together multiple eating plans (3-phase, vegetarian, intermittent fasting, keto, etc.) for you to choose from. Same with the workouts. I signed up with the intention of building muscle, not necessarily lose fat. So, during my on-boarding call, I confirmed that I was signed up for the Muscle Gain challenge. 2 weeks in and 8 lbs lighter, I wasn’t very happy to discover I was following the weight-loss program. I continued with the workouts but didn’t follow the eating plan as closely as I was initially. Overall I’m happy with my results and I think the program works really well for weight loss if you’re able, and mentally ready to fully commit!

Gravity provided a solid plan (eating and exercise) to lose 20lbs in 6 weeks while maintaining muscle density. It was a challenging program, but the resources available for you to leverage make it doable - and you feel so much better! I am interested in the next phase of the program - maintain weight while building muscle mass - even more and hope to start it after we complete our move. Thanks for the support!!

This program actually works. I lost fat, toned up, and finally broke through the plateau I’d been stuck at for so long. The workouts are killer (in good way), and the diet plan is simple but powerful.

I went through the 6 week transformation and I can say that I got my expected result, I lost about 15 pounds by committing with the workout plan and the nutrition plan. I highly recommended if you are looking to loose weight or trying to get fit.

I recommend anyone who is serious about losing weight to try this program. I lost 21.2lbs and the meals I made were delicious. You must exercise to be successful. No calorie counting, the key was food prep.

I will write my recommendation in points form: - The detailed and custom nutrition plans provided - The community: This was a bighelp and support to me in helping me achieve my goal - Interaction with the accountability coaches: Seeing coaches liking my facebook post really helped me to keep pushing. I am not much into physical exercises and to be honest, I was on and off with those, but sticking with the meal plans (with a todatl of 3 cheat meals) helped me achieve my goal. Also, drink a lot of water!

I joined to get back into shape and ended up losing 20 pounds, building better habits, and finding a new level of confidence. The workouts were doable, and the coach Red was super motivating. This challenge was a challenge. I am the type of person who needs this to push me beyond my comfort zone. The program also taught me how to eat to get the results I wanted. My coach kept directing me back to my eating plan when I reached out with questions or when he saw what I was posting for meals, which helped a lot. I have signed up to the challenge not knowing what to expect. If anyone is worried about this challenge, is all about accountability and making sure that you keep up. I have finally reached my goal, I have tried workouts, diets etc and nothing worked. With Gravity transformation I saw results in one week. Now, I feel stronger, more confident, and healthier than ever. The gravity Transformation was a game-changer—every workout, piece of advice, and bit of motivation added up to results I never thought possible. I did the 6 week shred challenge with Coach Red and I successfully went down from 136lbs to 125lbs through a combination of diet and exercising 3x a week. Losing 5% of my body fat is such a great accomplishment and I couldn't have done it without the support and accountability from coach and the community. I recommend this program to anyone looking to lose weight. Follow the instructions to the dot and you will see results.

A great way to boost yourself, to get into good planning, exercising, and having fellow members for support. It’s a challenge, needs commitment, and works.
