Well worth your while if you're disciplined
I found the structure of the programme very good. Whilst I wasn't new to 'dieting' and 'training', I gained some valuable info on the process of how to reconstruct your body composition at the age of 65. I did a lot of my own research, based on many years of being a 'gym bunny' and always 'watching my weight'.
