The challenge is real. And the rewards are there if you follow the plan. I did, and I exceeded my goals. I honestly don't know whether the exercise and meal plans were "personalized" to me and my starting situation, but they certainly worked. Six weeks is definitely long enough to see a difference, and short enough to not feel like an eternity at the beginning. For me, I did the challenge from early Aug. '24 to late Sept. '24 and I dropped 10 lbs and over 6% body fat. The coaching was great, and I recommend the program, if you're willing to put in the work. 👍
