Gravity Transformation is worth as much as you’re willing to put into it. In the 6 week shred to lose 20lbs or 5% body fat it is achievable. Personally I lost just over 17lbs/6% body fat at completion of the 42 days. Nutrition - nutrition- nutrition! This was the difference maker and the provided meal plan offerings gave structure on how much and what to consume. Stay disciplined and stay to the plan. Guided exercises were great and I did do those the first 4 weeks. I transitioned into incorporating them into my normal workouts, as I wanted to spend more personal time meal prepping and staying rested with added sleep in the final 2 weeks. It’s all about what you’re willing to give up, to make this nutrition/fitness plan work for you. I’m happy with my results and my new knowledge of nutrition to better my lifestyle. The biggest negative for me is the initial hardsell. So be mindful that you’ll be pitched for ALOT MORE during the Personalized BluePrint Call. Overall I had a great experience 💪🏾

I 💯% recommend Gravity! My coach Stephanie is so amazing! She has helped me with so much more than macros and work out plans. We’ve looked at a full blood panel she recommended I get from my Dr. She’s helped me with vitamins and supplements (with out pushing me to buy a specific brand), she suggested I follow a diet plan for IBS and helped me make it functional for my busy lifestyle! With this changes and large picture approach I’ve been seeing great results where diet and exercise have failed me before. She’s quick to respond (even at 9 pm or 5 am!), she cheers me on and calls me out when needed! She shares non-scale victories all the time! If your looking for a coach Stephanie’s your gal!!!

These people are amazing! I started the program on June 27th to lose weight and to date I have dropped 20lbs with the help of my coach Rick Gragg who made up a schedule for me using my total gym and street strider. and put together my macros for me and a plan of foods I can choose from. the first day was hard (major sugar crash lol) and the first week or 2 were tough for me in figuring out how to form meals and eat completely different. (major carbs fan here lol) I've learned to enjoy much more protien and started flavoring things up with spices! I feel much better physically, & mentally (much fewer headaches if any). the workouts are great! I highly recommend getting a coach and diving in! I'm glad I did. I've surprised even my coach with my weight loss as it is usually a bit slower coming lol. luckily I've managed to curb my chocolate cravings enough with the chocolate protien powder and bars that even if I want it I can much more easily tell myself no.^^ I still have a long ways to go on my journey to my goal weight but taking it 1 step at a time!

10/10 Program. If you want to lose weight/body fat, out of all the programs that I know and used, this is by far the best one yet. Easy-To-Follow workouts (I was on another country for holidays for 2 weeks and I still managed to get my workouts done thanks to travelling workouts!), reliable coaches (Like really, if you have any question, don't hesitate on asking your coach), complete diet guides for all kind of people and etc. Overall a 10/10 experience and I'm going to recommend it to everyone :)
