This program showed me a completely different way of dieting where you can add your favorite foods and burn fat at the same time. I started with 19% body fat and I wanted to get leaner and stronger, which I did, because at the end of the 4th week I had 12% body fat, and I was able to lift more weight that I could at the beginning of the program. It's kind of crazy how you can lose so much fat in a short period of time, without dieting for months and months, something that a lot of people just hate.
The whole process was not a simple task, but it works perfectly, you just have to be consistent and really challenge yourself. This was definitely the best cutting process I've ever been through, I totally recommend it.
