The gravity challenge was hard but very worth it. Having $ on the line pushed me to hit my goal fast. I made it through Christmas and thanksgiving without cheating and nailed my goal of 20 pounds. I did it in 27 days. Stick to the plan and it will be worth it trust me!

Lost just 24 pounds doing the 6 week challenge and 4.3%body fat. Was a great programme to motivate myself and start my new journey towards a footer and healthier me. Coach rad would check in to see how i was doing and was even checking my food to make sure I was staying on track. He answered the questions that I had and I knew if I needed to know something that he would help me out. If you are thinking of having a go then all I can say is you definitely should. I just completed the 6 week challenge. For me it was more of the accountability and group that I needed to get back into things. The meal plans made it simpler to decide on groceries as well. I lost 24 pounds in the six weeks and feel great still have more to loose but this has definitely kick started my motivation.
