I decided to do The Gravity Training Zone 6 week challenge to reboot my fitness routine and get back into shape. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. As a fitness instructor, I spend a lot of time focusing on health and wellness. But over the past year, due to injury and illness, I slacked and lost a lot of motivation. I had never done a challenge before and making the commitment to it truly helped transform my mind and body. I applied healthy nutrition habits, learned so many new workouts, stayed consistent, worked the program and now have the results to prove it’s effectiveness. I lost 10 lbs and over 5% bodyfat in less than 6 weeks!! The GTZ community is so welcoming, both the trainers and members are very helpful, supportive and encouraging. It has become a fitness family and I have made new friends. I highly recommend this program to anyone!!! You’ve got nothing to lose except bodyfat and weight, and along with gaining muscle, you gain self confidence in and out of the gym. Everyone must check this place out and see for themselves.
