It was a hard challenge at the start but has the week went by it become easier and I'm glad I can say that I lost 9kg in 6 weeks!

I completed the 6-week challenge program and am extremely impressed by the results. I lost 20.6 pounds, 5.3% body fat, and gained 1.9% muscle. I've been working out and eating relatively clean for a long time and was a bit skeptical that an online program could help me achieve any meaningful results. Clearly, I was wrong! The program is not EASY by any means but it is SIMPLE to follow. The workouts are straightforward and have great video demonstrations. The weekly tip videos also help reinforce the work you're doing by expanding on the science and methodology behind everything in helping you stay committed. Lastly, and probably the best part, is the diet structure. There are numerous diets to choose from that are catered to your eating style and auto-generated by bodyweight. I personally chose the intermittent fasting plan and I appreciated that it wasn't a 1-size-fits-all diet approach. The layout of the diet is also very easy to follow with no calorie counting or macro tracking which was a nice break from my usual daily MyfitnessPal logging routine. Overall I would highly recommend the plan for anyone who is willing to put in the work and can stick to an eating plan with almost 100% compliance.

This is a really great program to get the ball rolling on your weight loss goals. It is immersive (completely lays out your diet and exercise regiment) while not taking over your life. It also isn’t very hard to commit too. I did the Keto diet and went to bed hungry maybe 3 or 4 times the entire 6 weeks. Conversely there was at least 5 times that by the time dinner rolled around I wasn’t even hungry and just skipped it entirely. As far as exercise goes you only have to do the regiments 3 times a week, with the voluntary option of doing up to 5 sessions a week. I think I only had the time to do more then 3 workouts 1 week out of 6. In the end I lost 17lbs and 5.2% body fat.

Thanks to this challenge and the coaches I lost 6.8 kg and about 5% of my body fat in only 6 weeks. I feel definetly better than before, I feel more active in my daily activities and I gained a lot of strenght. I am really happy that I did this life changing challenge :D

Loved the diet. To be able too choose which path worked best for me was great (intermittent fasting, 5 meals a day, vegan...) Everything was there; videos, meal plan, cook book, and if all else fails someone to answer questions and keep you motivated. In total I lost 31 lbs.in 6 wks.

Tried The 6 Week Challenge and I can't believe it... I lost 10 Kg!!! The workouts are amazing both the in home and gym version, the videos in each week and the nutrition program are super duper awesome and helpful. It takes strength of will and effort but it is possible! Thank you guys for everything and for those of you that haven't decided yet don't hesitate, this is the best program I've ever seen.

This program actually works. The plan is very easy to follow and the trainers know what they are talking about. I lost -14lbs in 6 weeks and 6.8% body fat! The program is even free if you stick with it. Sign up you will not regret it.

I highly recommend the program! Rad is awesome with communication and advice. The Facebook group is helpful and supportive. When I saw my progress photos from week to week, it gave me motivation to keep going. It is worth every penny and you will get results as long as you're following the program. I lost 6.7% body fat. My abs are more toned and my waist is more defined.

I tried the 6 week challenge, and it actually worked. In six weeks I lost 20.5 pounds. The exercises were great, the meal plan was easy to follow, and the coach was always there to answer questions.

This is a great program to take part in, meal and workout plans are easy to follow. It takes a lot of work on your part but you will see results if you follow the plan. Overall I lost about 8 pounds through the six week plan, but most importantly I lost 5.5% body fat. The thing I liked best about the program was you had a personal fitness coach there to answer any questions you had and push you to reach your goals. Overall, great program.

I highly recommend gravity training zone! I just finished the 6 week challenge at the Morganville location and am proud to say I exceeded my goals for myself. I lost over 11 lbs and 5% body fat! Gravity Rocks! I think the one most important thing that you need to achieve anything in life is determination. One thing I learned after joining gravity is it is very easy to feel determined and on other hand it is very hard to stay determined. I had almost lose it at 4th week. I was so depressed, and I had already made up my mind that I am not gonna make it. I was struggling with few pounds I gained after my son was born. But thanks to all wonderful coaches and members (who actually treats u like family) for keeping me motivated. I lost 7% body fat in 6 weeks. I am very happy with the results. Now I can fit in all my pre pregnancy dresses. Cant thank gravity enough!
