First the bad, then the good.
On several occasions I felt as if I were misled.
The mandatory $100 deposit for a free program, the hard upsell for coaching, the exclusive vitamin package, the mandatory reviews in order to recieve the agreed upon refund, personalized meal plans, the lack of recipes for my diet, all come to mind.
This system is definitely a hard sell and not very transparent about the process.
However, I can not argue with the results.
I lost 20 lbs in 21 days, and I am still losing lbs. Currently halfway through week 4. My clothes are hanging off of me. I have the beginnings of muscle tone in my torso. I have a much better understanding of several diet types and intend to continue with an intermittent fasting lifestyle, as well as gym visits 3 times per week.
Overall, I would say that the free program is worth the $100 accountability risk in terms of results, general knowledge and foundational systems, but I do not trust this program with my long term health and wellness.
