The trainers are all excellent and enjoyed the variety of workouts. They really push you to do your best. Highly recommend.

Customer Service is fantastic, anytime I have had an issue they contact as soon as possible and help/fix my issues. The program itself is great if you follow it you will see results. The facebook groups help keep you motivated by being able to see others make progress as well!

Gravity transformation masterclass is a great program for ones that want a workout and diet program that is easy to follow. Everything is well structured and you get an online coach that guides and encourages you every step of the way. I was able to achieve my 20 lbs loss by following the guidelines and I am very happy of how it held me accountable.

I try the six weeks 20 lbs loss or 5 % body fat challenge .. I won't lie at first I didn't believe it will work out ... how ever after the first week finish and I realise that I start losing some weight and I find out how fun the workoutd were .. I start believing ... the food plan was very easy to follow .. and fun to rat as well .. the connection with the couches was excellent ..
