For my competitor spirit, the important thing was to win this challenge But in hindsight, the main thing is not in the numbers but the lessons of this program: and in the first place, I will put "learn to feed".!!!
It was not easy to follow the diet plan because I was weak (many times) and I could not resist the charms of junk food (because I had not prepared my meal) . But it was also gluttony because the proposed meals are satiating and give a good feeling of satiety ... and the body does not need others [but sometimes, mind and body are not on the same line]. I will not lie by pretending that I will never eat donuts, snickers or burgers again (and there are vegetables in the burgers LOL) !!! But the food plan has allowed me and will allow me (because I will enroll in the master class) to understand how to organize my meals by "separating" his plate in 4 and "when and what" macronutrients to eat.
Another positive point of the program: the work out. I was locked in a routine because I had no idea of exercise and I did not know it was advisable to change work out every month. The disparity of exercises make work out "fun" ... may not be the right term but they are not repetitive and boring and it makes them attractive because they work several muscles. And following the diet plan and work out (3 times a week or more), we see the results quickly which is extremely motivating!
Last but not least, the support group (facebook) and the coaches. You are always available and ready to answer our questions (some must be repetitive with all the members you have advised) on diet, exercise or sports supplements. And do not forget your comments which are so many encouragements that push us to progress and stay on the right path.
One last thing: do not forget the videos of Max that are full of good advice (every night, I go to bed thinking about him because he has a perfect physique LOL ...) and they forge us a mindset of warrior !!!
One more thing, after it's over, my registration in the master class will be my reward for having succeeded this challenge (and I want to keep my current form)! The bad news is that you will have to pay me back ... the good thing is that you have recruited a new client who will be grateful to you for transforming me in a way that I did not think possible (so quickly). I hope I do not do too much !!!
