Normally I’d look at a program like this with skepticism or flat out scoff at it, but going into the 6 week challenge there was a level of confidence that this program was legit. The layout, information, and resources are spot on and literally leave no questions unanswered. If there’s something you’re not sure about, the accountability coaches are quick to respond and extremely helpful. The accountability group on facebook is amazing and an inspiration to be a part of, knowing that others are determined to reach the same goal, getting in shape, eating healthier, and building better habits! Can’t recommend this program enough!!! What an awesome challenge! I started keto after weighing 198 pounds, started this program at 172 and weighed out at 152 after the 6 weeks! RESULTS!

This is a really great challenge. Over six weeks, I lost 23 pounds and 4.7% body fat, which just seems so crazy! It's not always easy, but it's worth it. Max and the coaches don't just give you a few tips and say good luck. They walk through the whole process with you, and offer advice and encouragement along the way. Thanks for helping me succeed! Well I found max first on YouTube and I really liked his content and that point I was really struggling with my weight loss low and behold i joined the gravity challenge and I have nothing but good to say Program was definitely worth it 6 Weeks lost 22lbs that is mind blowing I’m super excited well you have to be committed there is no such thing as cheat meal so You have to learn how to discipline yourself and max provide all those tools that are essential for your success I encourage anyone who is struggling with weight loss to sign up for the gravity challenge the meal plan is simple and fun have your veggies ,protein and the Carbs Have To Be sacrificed a bit Well you can have them in moderation but all in all 10/10 Program The coaches are very helpful as well they will provide motivation and they will be checking up on you

After this awesome 6 week challenge I lost 20 lbs and around 5% of body fat. I really liked Max's motivational videos and exercises shown personally by him. I enjoyed having a direct communication with Coach Rad through email, he was really helpful giving me guidance on questions I had about the plan and giving some optional changes. I really thank everybody involved in this program and I certainly I'm recommending it to my friends.

I just finished the 6 week challenge and I can say that this time was very enjoyable. I have lost 4.5 kg and 4.2% body fat. Also learned more about food and tracking myself. Thanks!

For my competitor spirit, the important thing was to win this challenge But in hindsight, the main thing is not in the numbers but the lessons of this program: and in the first place, I will put "learn to feed".!!! It was not easy to follow the diet plan because I was weak (many times) and I could not resist the charms of junk food (because I had not prepared my meal) . But it was also gluttony because the proposed meals are satiating and give a good feeling of satiety ... and the body does not need others [but sometimes, mind and body are not on the same line]. I will not lie by pretending that I will never eat donuts, snickers or burgers again (and there are vegetables in the burgers LOL) !!! But the food plan has allowed me and will allow me (because I will enroll in the master class) to understand how to organize my meals by "separating" his plate in 4 and "when and what" macronutrients to eat. Another positive point of the program: the work out. I was locked in a routine because I had no idea of exercise and I did not know it was advisable to change work out every month. The disparity of exercises make work out "fun" ... may not be the right term but they are not repetitive and boring and it makes them attractive because they work several muscles. And following the diet plan and work out (3 times a week or more), we see the results quickly which is extremely motivating! Last but not least, the support group (facebook) and the coaches. You are always available and ready to answer our questions (some must be repetitive with all the members you have advised) on diet, exercise or sports supplements. And do not forget your comments which are so many encouragements that push us to progress and stay on the right path. One last thing: do not forget the videos of Max that are full of good advice (every night, I go to bed thinking about him because he has a perfect physique LOL ...) and they forge us a mindset of warrior !!! One more thing, after it's over, my registration in the master class will be my reward for having succeeded this challenge (and I want to keep my current form)! The bad news is that you will have to pay me back ... the good thing is that you have recruited a new client who will be grateful to you for transforming me in a way that I did not think possible (so quickly).
