Hi, I am 27 years old. After my undergraduate days, I started putting on weight regularly due to bad food habits, no exercise and recently I learned that I have a high cholesterol level. I had always read that light exercise every day is important for the body but never really got myself motivated to do the same. But the one thing that I didn't really fathom was that the food that we are taking plays a more important role in weight control and weight loss. Macros such as the amount of protein, carbs and fat play an important role in weight loss in addition to the regular exercise. I came to know about #GravityTransformation from a friend. So I joined the program and decided to follow the regime properly following the list of food that can be taken and the proportion in which it is to be taken along with the list of exercises to be done. I am posting this to show that losing weight is very much possible. I have started with around 208.4lb and 18.1% body fat and a low self-esteem. Sticking to the food list and 3 days a week of rigorous exercise, I lost 21 lb to reach 187.6 lb and 14.3% body fat. I have also been able to burn my body fat significantly. But seeing myself losing weight like this is indeed fascinating since I never believed it to be possible. So if any of you are facing the same situation, I would say that you too can lose weight with a conscious diet and a little motivation.
