This program is solid!! Good coaching, nutrition, exercise, convenience, support and motivation. You can lose 20 pounds or 5% body fat in 6 weeks, and the program works. The program encourages taking responsibility for what to eat and how much to exercise, and it provides methods and plans to make it happen. For example one day I emailed Coach Rad my meal to be sure I am on track and he emailed me right back saying that I was low on protein that day. So I had a protein shake and afterwards I felt better. I wasn't feeling bad before, but just felt like my body needed the protein. There are multiple types of nutrition plans, I chose Keto since I’ve been eating Healthy Keto for the prior 6 months with good results. They include recipes and tips for prepping meals for the week so the portions and ingredients are already defined – that is a great idea! Follow the program and work with the coaches and the program will work for you! Best wishes to each of you in reaching your goals! You can do it!!!

I did the challenge and I lost 5.1% of body fat in 5 weeks.. The information they gave me was very good..

Update (after 5 months or so): I started the 12 week muscle gain challenge on October. I was 164.9lbs on the first day. I participated the 6 week challenge before this program and I made it. I lost 20.2 pounds over 42 days. I wish I started my second challenge immediately after the first one, but It took me a month to start n I did my own workouts during this period which made me frustrated. I didn’t know what to eat and what exactly do in the gym cuz I didn’t want to lose weight anymore but build some muscle. If you want to get a serious transformation, consult with your private coach and choose your next plan soon. Otherwise, you may get confused and maybe annoyed with what you may do after your challenge ends. Now, the second challenge has successfully been done. I gained 17.6lbs which was absolutely fabulous for me. These guys are professional indeed. The 6 week challenge was a great experience. I had been trying to get rid of my stubborn fat for years, watching tons of videos to get ideas, searching online to find a solution. Well, got some success sometimes, but never was able to see my abs. Gravity Transformation gave me the chance though. I am not exaggerating at all. It worked. I lost the fat that I had gained in the past ten years in just 42 days. If you want a serious transformation in a short time, you will need to join and challenge yourself.

I'm fixing to join his six week challenge but he has been very helpful with his online video's and they keep me motivated to stay on my diet thanks to max posternak - gravity transformation i have lost 8 lbs in one week just by eating right and i joined a gym i have went from 260 down to 252
