It’s hard to believe that six weeks have passed. I had come in for a consultation to find out what GTZ was all about. I walked out. About a week later, I returned and make the biggest step and signed up for the six week challenge. After signing up, the information was overwhelming. Don’t stress. Take the time to print out and read all the information modules and develop a grocery list. You really can prepare 21 basic meals for the full week in 2-3 hours.
I remember my very first class (Rapid Fat Loss). I was so out shape that I felt dizzy, was drenched in sweat, and wanted to puke. I recall thinking to myself…”What the hell did I just get myself into!?!” When I arrived home I was so exhausted that I took a 90 minute nap.
Six weeks later, I am a different man. I went from 257.4lbs and 31.8% Body Fat to losing 21.8lbs and reducing my Body Fat by 4.7%. It didn’t just magically happen. The first week, I lost 7.6lbs. The other weeks, I saw less drastic numbers. Sometimes, I’d look at the scale and think, “What the hell am I doing wrong?” Don’t get discouraged, if you hold yourself accountable, follow the weekly meal plan and listen to the Coaches, you will see results. I’m so happy that I took the chance.
I attended more than the minimum 18 classes and I couldn’t have achieved this on my own. Gravity Training Zone’s staff really wants you to succeed in losing the weight and keeping it off. A huge shout out to Coaches Kim, Jon and Mark!
