I just successfully finished the Gravity Transformation 6 week challenge on April 06, 2019 by losing 22 lbs! This program was a great way for me to start a new healthy and fit lifestyle. What kept me on track was the aspect of accountability. This meant that you had to display your weekly groceries and check in during your workouts. The videos, meal plan, and workouts were extremely helpful in providing a foundation to build upon. Also the social media aspect, helped with encouragement in knowing that other people are going through the same experiences. I would definitely recommend this program to others!

It’s a proud moment for me to mention that I just lost 24.4 lbs in GTZ in last six weeks. Thanks everyone from Mark, Trisha and Frank (makes it a real fun on weekends), Kyle for his excellent coaching and Kim for her great success formulae with the diet plan and recommendations. Finished week 6 (Day 42) weight out is 172 l.b down 16 l.b from 188 l.b and body fat is 19.5% down 5.3% from 24.8%. I beat this challenge by losing more than 5% body fat. I am strongly recommend this 6 weeks challenge to whoever thinking about it and it hasn’t started yet. I am telling you guys believe on yourself, trust the process. If thousands of people could beat this challenge you can do that. The best part of program is everything is setup for you all exercises, the nutrients and diet plan you just need to follow and be patient. Hard work will pay off. Overall great and successful experience with this program.

This challenge was great, lost just over 20 pounds, pretty easily to. Went from 230 to about 209. The meal preps were a challenge for me and i wasnt able to exercise much due to my health. But this was excellent. I look great and everyone notices my slimmer physic

I have bowflex, training bicycle and other stuff at home but never enough determination to exercise. I enjoy the classes so much that some days I would stay for two of them in a row (2 hours!!!). I completed the 6 week challenge and I lost 29 LBS and dropped 5% body fat. This place is great the trainers really know what they are talking about and do an excellent job showing you how to do everything the right way. Highly recommend!!

Gravity Training Zone is definitely the place to go of you want to lose weight and get that body you always wanted. I joined and completed the 6 week challenge. I lost 12.6 lbs and 7% body fat. The place is great starting from the trainers to the workouts and equipment. So if you are thinking about changing your life for the better definitely go give this a shot

Great trainers, super friendly and supportive of your needs while encouraging you to challenge yourself. I was having a lot of pain and inflammation in my body but it all disappeared within a couple of weeks of doing the strength training exercises and my body felt better and better. After 6 weeks I feel strong, motivated and happy and would recommend this gym with its excellent staff to anyone looking into strength training program.

Informative program, a lot of exercises and menu information, accountability is monitored and people are responsive on FB group when need be.

Had alot of healthy support from the coaches, great meal plans, never felt starved for a day and still lost 24 pounds in the six weeks. Thank you gravity
