So, I completed my challenge of 6 weeks. I am happy with my results of loosing 20.5 lbs. and 2.6 % of body fat. For me the most helpful factor was, the motivational factor of having money on stake and the social factor, to see, how other people start and get better, struggle together and help each other. The trainers were always friendly (even with difficult customers in the comments, really good job there!) and comment most of the posts with request for help. It is not like I thought that you have a personal trainer who contact you once a week. The meal plans were super easy to execute. They are designed to be easy to use and you can change single ingredients so that you never have to eat the same meal repeatedly. I was disappointed, that there was no high carb option. In the videos of gravity transformation, is stated that you can lose weight with any diet, also high carb, so I thought I could use a high carb plan. But there are only high protein plans, which are not for me, so I did my own meal plan, which is a negative point for me. The workout plans, Videos, and guides were all relay good, and easy to understand.
So, I would recommend the challenge if you want to start your fat loss journey and need that extra motivation boost. If high protein suits you, the better.
