The program is great! I lost 22.6 lbs in 6 weeks. Would recommend to people who would like to lose weight but do not know where to start

I just completed the programme! I lost 7.5% bf. THANK YOU Gravity Transformation for putting a great programme together. 6 weeks went by so quick, I enjoyed the nutrition plan, the workouts and most importantly the accountability group! I recommend it to everyone who is thinking about it. You have nothing to lose but body fat 😉

I completed the 6 week challenge at GTZ and would highly recommend it! If you are looking for a kick start on a weight loss journey or just looking to get in shape, this is the perfect place. The trainers are amazing. They want to see you do good, so if they see you struggling during the class they are there to help and fix your movements. So, I completed my challenge of 6 weeks. I am happy with my results of loosing 20.5 lbs. and 2.6 % of body fat. For me the most helpful factor was, the motivational factor of having money on stake and the social factor, to see, how other people start and get better, struggle together and help each other. The trainers were always friendly (even with difficult customers in the comments, really good job there!) and comment most of the posts with request for help. It is not like I thought that you have a personal trainer who contact you once a week. The meal plans were super easy to execute. They are designed to be easy to use and you can change single ingredients so that you never have to eat the same meal repeatedly. I was disappointed, that there was no high carb option. In the videos of gravity transformation, is stated that you can lose weight with any diet, also high carb, so I thought I could use a high carb plan. But there are only high protein plans, which are not for me, so I did my own meal plan, which is a negative point for me. The workout plans, Videos, and guides were all relay good, and easy to understand. So, I would recommend the challenge if you want to start your fat loss journey and need that extra motivation boost. If high protein suits you, the better.

The coaches are very helpful and this workout is tough but easy to stick with.
