Wanted to share my excitement about the transformation made by Gravity within the last six weeks on body. Yes, My Mission Completed !!! I just finished my six weeks challenge as of today and very glad to share that I reduced my weight from 152.4 to 139 lbs (about 13 lbs reduced) and body fat reduced from 26.9 to 20.4 (6.5 points down). Its completely a different feel when you actually lose weight and body fat. Its boost your confidence and you look slimmer and smarter in front of your friends. Thanks to Gravity for providing me with such a program. Many thanks to all my coaches at Monroe Gravity centre (Kim, Mark, Khalid). Special thanks to Kim for everything that she has done over the last 6 weeks - be it in the gym, tips on diet, health drinks, etc. She is so kind and patient enough to clarify all my doubts throughout this journey. I strongly encourage and recommend to try Gravity 6 weeks Challenge, and experience the transformation on your body !!

I came across gravity transformation videos on YouTube and decided to give the 6 week challenge a try. I didn’t think I was actually going to be able to do it but I knew I needed something to help me jumpstart my fitness journey again. And boy I’m glad I did it. I lost 20.4 pounds and 4.5% body fat. My experience was great. Video instructions on work outs and knowing exactly what to eat definitely helped a lot.

I finished the program and I went down 5% body fat. The program works great. If you take it seriously you will reach the goal. It aint easy but the workouts are not boring and with determination you can finish them. I recommend it to anyone who can get some fat out of their body.

I weighed in for my final week of the 6 week challenge a few days ago. I lost 18lbs and 5.1% body fat. I beat the challenge ! I am very happy with my results and just want to say thank you to all the staff from the accountability coaches who kept up on my progress and helped with any questions I had along the way, to the trainers who helped push me further and harder then I would have alone. The classes helped motivate me and i have learned so much already. I truly had a great experience with gravity and I would recommend it to anyone serious amd willing to transfer themselves into a more fit healthier person . HARD WORK PAYS OFF ✊✊this

It was a really cool challenge. I lost 21.3 lbs (or 9,7kg for everyone with a normal measuring system :D) in this 6 weeks :) I liked the most that I could choose between different meal plans, so there should be a solution for everyone ;) All of them are easy to follow

Just finished my 6 week challenge. I exceeded my personal goal and feel great! The coaches and staff were knowledgeable and extremely supportive every step of the way. Can't wait to continue the journey!

Found Gravity on Youtube: Max makes great videos, you can see he knows what he's talking about. So I've decided to try his challenge out. It was right decision. I never thought I could lose weight that fast and easy. I've lost 14 kg in just 6 weeks, but what's more important I've adopted new lifestyle where I prepare all my meals myself, working out fast but efficient and feeling great. I would definitely recommend this challenge not only for rapid weight loss, but to develop completely different mindset that will help you to maintain your results.

Found Gravity Transformation on YouTube and really enjoyed the videos and the way they were presented. After most of the videos they had their add for the six week challenge. I usually ignore these, but as I’ve been getting older I have been gaining weight. After a while I thought I might as well try it, and I have to say it worked. After the six weeks I lost about 22 pounds and almost 7% body fat. I am very excited about this new change in my life and plan to keep it up.

I finished my challenge on 2/24 I had great experience I lost over 27.8 pounds and lots of inches. I recommend Gravity Training Zone for workout ️‍♀️ Trainer and staff are amazing and very helpful.

Excellent place! I took the Six-Week Challenge with Gravity Training, and now, my body is a lot more thinner and healthier, which is all thanks to this wonderful gym's staff and provided diet. I recommend Gravity Training to anyone I know who has desires to make a change in their bodies. As long as you go to classes and follow their diet plan, you are guaranteed to lose weight.
