I really deeply enjoyed these past 6 weeks the trainers were very friendly and helpful to someone like me who hasn’t really been in a gym in a long time and helped me when I was doing the work out wrong. Also the nutritional plan was very effective as a guide and what portions to eat. Overall I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to get in shape great job!!!

Hi. I am a very active person but was having difficulty slimming down and felt like I was on a plateau. My friend recommended Gravity Zone’s six week challenge and it was the BEST decision I made. The coaches are wonderful, the food plan is simple to follow and the people working out are all very nice. Not only did I meet my goal, I am also able to fit into my “thin” clothes that were sitting in my closet. And I am sure we all have those! I want to give a huge thank you to coach Kyle and his staff. Join and you won’t regret!

Great challenge and kept me really focussed! Lost 5% BF in 6 weeks and the coaches and group chat was really motivating. Also the workout plan was great and really pushed me to my limits! Highly recommend!

This Gravity 6 week challenge helped me to quick start my weight loss and get into shape. Lost 20lbs in 6 weeks and I am very happy!!!

Nothing beats a healthy diet and hard work. I have been trying to lose weight for years and nothing really worked mostly because it never stuck. Gravity transformation really made it simple to understand healthy eating and exercises that are fun to do but also challenge you. Sticking to the plan and holding yourself accountable are some of the toughest things to do and this is what they are all about. Overall I lost almost 35lbs. The plan works, people! Eat healthy, workout hard and support each other.

Man. I can't say enough good about this program. If you're thinking about doing it, if your skeptical like I was, just do it. You won't regret it! The nutrition plan and workouts are wonderful. I lost 22 pounds and learned so much. The best part of the program is the concern of the team behind it that you learn about nutrition and weight loss. The information they offered is invaluable. Do it!

I loved the challenge, it gave me a chance to push myself and try something new, and I was rewarded with amazing results. If you are looking to push yourself and lose weight I highly recommend you give the 6 week challenge a try.

Great experience in putting yourself In shape and getting you back on track to a healthy lifestyle.

I completed my 6 week challenge last week and lost 13.4lbs body weight and 5% body fat. I started this challenge with my husband and we had a fabulous experience at GTZ’s Monroe center. I suffer from PCOS for past 11 years now so my weight has always been my major health concern. I gained over 40lbs in last 7 years and had reached to a point where although I was not gaining more weight, but I was still not able to lose it. So a reduction of 13.4lbs in just 1.5 months is a major victory for me, and GTZ helped me in taking the first step to achieve my health goal while also teaching me the importance of exercising and eating healthy. Thank you GTZ for running this bootcamp, having all amazing coaches, and developing such effective meal plans and workouts. A special thanks to Kim for always being available and keeping a check on our nutrition. A sincere thanks to Jon and Kim for their motivation to keep us dedicated. We had all our workout sessions with them and it was a fun class every time. And a final thanks to Dhara for a fantastic orientation which eventually made us take up this challenge.
