Update (after 5 months or so): I started the 12 week muscle gain challenge on October. I was 164.9lbs on the first day. I participated the 6 week challenge before this program and I made it. I lost 20.2 pounds over 42 days. I wish I started my second challenge immediately after the first one, but It took me a month to start n I did my own workouts during this period which made me frustrated. I didn’t know what to eat and what exactly do in the gym cuz I didn’t want to lose weight anymore but build some muscle. If you want to get a serious transformation, consult with your private coach and choose your next plan soon. Otherwise, you may get confused and maybe annoyed with what you may do after your challenge ends. Now, the second challenge has successfully been done. I gained 17.6lbs which was absolutely fabulous for me. These guys are professional indeed.
The 6 week challenge was a great experience. I had been trying to get rid of my stubborn fat for years, watching tons of videos to get ideas, searching online to find a solution. Well, got some success sometimes, but never was able to see my abs. Gravity Transformation gave me the chance though. I am not exaggerating at all. It worked.
