Before working with Gravity, I was working out about five days a week and eating relatively healthily. My weight was originally 220 pounds, my wife and I had our first son. With running a business, and being a family man, my health fell to the waste side. I knew I had to do something about my weight, given my family history of diabetes. By myself, I was able to lose 15 pounds and then I hit that frustrating plateau. Throughout the years, I have never been able to get under 204 pounds. So, I began searching the internet for information and I came across Gravity Transformation YouTube channel. After watching a few videos, I signed up for a 6-week challenge. The very next day a salesperson called me up and I signed up for a 6-month program. My coach Heather was previously a professional bodybuilder and she changed my life! She was able to design a custom hit training program and a meal plan for me. Also help me understand macros and how a diet plays an important role. I blew past my plateau and am currently sitting at my healthy weight of 174 pounds! But this program showed me more than just losing weight. How to properly workout, how to meal prep, what to eat and not to eat, more energy, more time, and how to keep it off for good! You must be willing to do the work and follow the plan correctly. No cheat days or sugar. All my friends and family have been telling me how great I look and will be forever thankful to Gravity for the help, Big Shout out to my coach Heather!
