It taught me how to eat, how much to eat to benefit my bodies best weight management. This challenge held me accountable. if i wanted my money back i had to follow the plan and listen to the coach. So i did and it worked! i lost the weight and got my money back! Gravity transfomation is who they say they are and they do what they say they are going to do!

I recommend you do the 6 week challenge and decide what you want to do next. It definitely made a difference in the way that I feel and look.

I would definitely recommend trying Gravity Transformation! They teach you how to transform your body and mind. Don’t do it if you’re not fully prepared to hold yourself accountable. It’s hard work but Gravity can get you through it.

The 6 week challenge was the best program I ever did, didnt knew I could see results that fast before the challenge!

This program was exactly what I needed to lose weight. I lost 13 lbs. The meal plan and workouts were easy to follow and the coaches were supportive and quick to respond.

They did great and gave a lot for free I signed up for the free 6week and decided to stay in for 6 months cuz they do a good job keeping you on track and planning out exercises so it doesn't get boring doing the same thing every week/month 😂 recommend them if your looking to transform yourself! they will get your nutrients and workouts on track for whatever you need!

The challenge is real. And the rewards are there if you follow the plan. I did, and I exceeded my goals. I honestly don't know whether the exercise and meal plans were "personalized" to me and my starting situation, but they certainly worked. Six weeks is definitely long enough to see a difference, and short enough to not feel like an eternity at the beginning. For me, I did the challenge from early Aug. '24 to late Sept. '24 and I dropped 10 lbs and over 6% body fat. The coaching was great, and I recommend the program, if you're willing to put in the work. 👍
